We had such a fantastic experience celebrating my daughter’s birthday here! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and made everything run so smoothly. There was plenty of food for all of the guests, and the party was really well organised. The children had the best of both worlds—they could join in with the organised games if they wanted to, or simply enjoy the soft play, with lots of time to run around and have fun. It also meant I was able to relax and actually sit and chat with the other parents, which was lovely. One thing that really stood out was how brilliantly the party host handled an awkward situation. After everyone sang Happy Birthday, another child blew out my daughter’s candle before she could. He immediately relit the candle, got everyone to sing Happy Birthday again, and very discreetly positioned himself so the child couldn’t do it a second time. He handled it so professionally and kindly, ensuring my daughter still had her special birthday moment without making a fuss. Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, well-run children’s party. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday so special!

My 2 year old and I love this place. We have been to so many Softplays but this one always seems to be a winner for him. We usually go to the toddler Tuesday mornings which cost £5 for the both of us and he gets a slice of toast a cup of squash or water with that. They do entertainment including story time, bubbles and other games aswell as a mascot - so far we have seen peppa pig and bing but there are others I believe. Kirsty who usually leads the entertainment is wonderful with the kids, she keeps them engaged and is super friendly. You can tell she enjoys her job which is refreshing to see these days. We’ll be regular visitors from now on. Such a great, cheap way to spend your morning, keeping your crazy toddler entertained and burn off some energy. There is a sensory room which is quite decent. An under 5s section and a big open Softplay area for the older kids with slides and plenty space to climb and run around. There are a few parking spots but I reccomend you either get there early or call when you’re outside to check there are spaces available before driving in as the carpark is quite tight.

Visited last night for the valentines disco party. We all had such an amazing time from the adults dancing away to the music to the kids burning off some energy and enjoying themselves with the games and mascots. The party host was great at creating a fun atmosphere for the children and making sure everyone had a great time. Thank you so much, we will definately be returning and look forward to your next event

Benjamin had a fantastic party, all the staff were really helpful and engaged with the kids. Clean facilities. Party food was perfect for the kids. Party area away from the soft play was well set out and decorated. Much needed coffee for the adults was great and well priced. The package itself was great value and meant a totally stress free event for parents. Recommended.
