Family Fun Zone

We celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday at Family Fun Zone and we couldn’t have chosen a better place.Everything was just a perfection.We couldn’t have done it without Maya’s and Malachi’s help and all the team were the most helpful we could have ever expected. Thank you once again for everything and making our daughter’s birthday full of such wonderful memories!

I chose this venue for my son’s birthday party. The place is clean, well maintained and everything looks new, which is great. However, I felt the staff were not very attentive. They were only present at the beginning and then returned at the end for payment, so there wasn’t much support during the party. The party took place outside the soft play area, and that section has limited lighting and no music, which made the atmosphere feel a bit dull for a children’s celebration. I paid £100 for two hours and an additional £50 for 30 extra minutes, which I found quite expensive. Despite this, my son still had a lovely time and enjoyed his birthday. I would just recommend paying closer attention to the details before booking.

Had a great time at Family Fun Zone! The staff were lovely and very good at showing the kids how to use the equipment. We did a session in archery with Amber. She was very helpful, and we had an amazing experience!

The worst party experience I have ever got. We have booked for 15 seats party while one of the child was unwell a day before the party. We have immediately informed the staff but no reply. When we had our birthday party and asked if we could deduct one child fee. They said the number of seats amendent has to be done 1 week before. I agured with them how could I tell a child was unwell a week ago? They just ignored and kept asking for the original price. I am thinking they are serving kids as service but showing no caring on a child's health while doing their "business". If you have to join a party with them, make sure ALL coming children are healthy so you don't have to pay more.

Our son had his 10th birthday at Family Fun Zone, Sutton - they all had great fun and loved the activities that they did. There looked like lots more to explore there too, so more visits may be planned soon!
