It was my first visit here today and I was very impressed. My 2.5 year old loved it - the soft play equipment was the perfect size for her and she was able to play independently. The role play shops upstairs are also very cute, and there is a nice outdoor area that we ran out of time to explore. The coffee is very good which is a welcome bonus. It’s great that you can watch your kids from the cafe area, wherever they are. The only downside is that there is only one toilet and it’s located upstairs. We’ll definitely be back!

It offers lovely play areas for the children and is clean and they sell super menu and options, I’ve been here couple of times now and my little one enjoys it. Only down side is I would say is it seems too many are crammed in. I don’t get chance to sit and play with my daughter in the softplay area because it’s too many in such a small area which makes the time less enjoyable I also think need to maybe just be slightly strict on the age ranges I was trying to place my daughter to play on slide but older children over 4 were playing. Lovely staff also and nice welcoming on arrival every time I just feel maybe it shouldn’t be as full as it is Few less tables and people would make the time together with your little one that little bit extra nicer

First time visiting today. Staff were lovely and welcoming! The place was spotless. However im shocked at how small this place is. There's not enough room for the kids to move around. Personally I think they take too many bookings for the limited space they have. There was adults standing as there wasn't enough tables and chairs which means even less room for the little ones to move about. Ended up exploring the outdoor area which was lovely. Enough to keep the little ones happy. However we can play outside at home. 45 minute drive gutted we wont be back.

What a place! This is my new favourite day out with my children. Every detail is carefully considered. The toys and props in the role play area are wonderful, with so much to play with. The soft play is perfect size for my 2 year old. The food and drinks available are delicious, with lots of choice and even accommodate gluten free and vegan requirements. The decorations are so beautiful and thoughtful. And the staff were friendly and helpful. I adore it here!
