Visited today with two 1 year olds. They loved it so much. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the play area is so clean and bright. Plus they do an awesome hot chocolate! Highly recommend! Thank you for a lovely day for our boys 💙💙

We visited today with a friend and her daughter and it was a lovely place. The staff were very welcoming and everything was very clean. Two hours play was great too as it gave us time to eat and play. There was lots for the children to play with and different rooms to explore, my daughter loved the dark sensory room most. Will definitely return

We recently visited PLO Role Play Village in Brownhills, and honestly, it’s such a refreshing change from your typical soft play. From the moment you walk in, it feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely homey, more like a little community space than a play centre. The role play setup is beautifully done, with so much attention to detail, and it really encourages imaginative play in a calm and relaxed environment. What stood out the most, though, was the cleanliness. It’s spotless! Which, let’s be honest, is quite rare when it comes to children’s play venues. Everything felt well looked after, organised, and hygienic, which makes a huge difference for parents. It’s the kind of place where you actually feel comfortable sitting down, relaxing, and letting your little ones explore freely. A lovely place and we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing soft play! Staff were really attentive and friendly! Lots of variety of toys! Really clean and tidy! It has been done to a really high standard! Highly recommend

Elizabeth & Grace had the best time ever today 2/04 Amy & Lisa made it so special for them :) The play Village is absolutely amazing and the food menu is great.So lovely all the different rooms to go in and have lots of fun. Girls can’t wait to go again. Brilliant fun day :) thank you x
