Had my son’s 5th Birthday party here yesterday and we could not be happier with the outcome! Amy & the team were fantastic beforehand with helping to explain the packages & how they could accommodate my son’s multiple allergies alongside the party food. On the morning everything went so smooth as Kelly & Kelsey took over party hosting. We had exclusive venue hire for the party which was perfect. As other reviews have said they welcomed children to take their shoes off & head into the softplay for an hour, while they set everything up for the party and food. Kelly’s enthusiasm hyped up the kids and set the bar for the 2 hours - just fabulous! The kids and parents all had a wonderful time with such lovely feedback to the party & venue. A personal touch that is very much missing from other softplay venues I felt, and was the deciding factor in choosing Jungle Madness for ours. Thanks again to all the team! ❤️

Great place for dog walkers and families. We had our daughters 3rd birthday party here and the staff were brilliant. Amy is very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We love it here, they have everything you need. The softplay and beach are fantastic for kids and the food is delicious.

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at The Pavilion, and it was a dinosaur-themed party. The team was extremely well organised and took care of everything, making it stress-free for us as parents. From welcome drinks for parents to a very attentive host who guided guests throughout, everything was handled so smoothly. The children had so much to enjoy, especially the pool, bouncy castle, sandpit, soft play, and a brilliant mascot visit from Rory the dinosaur, which was a huge highlight as the kids didn’t want it to end. The highlight of the party was definitely the pool, which the children especially loved and enjoyed throughout. The food was great with plenty of variety, and the cake cutting, games, and dance session were all very well done. What made it extra special was that parents also joined in the fun, making it really inclusive. Every parent who attended said it was one of the best parties they’ve been to and would love to host their own children’s parties here. A truly memorable dinosaur-themed celebration. The Pavilion team did an outstanding job, and we would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Had my daughter’s birthday party there yesterday! What a brilliant experience it was not just for the kids but for the adults too! We was greeted by our party host who did everything from taking all the kids shoes into a bucket so they didn’t get lost but all the presents too! Her interactions with the kids was fantastic, she made the birthday girl feel very special! She was brilliant 10/10!!! The food that was served to the children was lovely, cold platters with a variety of things. From pizza, sandwiches, cucumber, biscuits and much more. The kids ( and adults loved it) nothing went to waste! The entertainment of singing and dancing was amazing for the kids & funny for the adults as they got involved too! If you are looking for somewhere to have your kids birthday party I would 100% recommend Jungle madness! Brilliant staff & lovely plac kept the kids busy!!

We chose to have our daughters 5th birthday party here & have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about our experience. We chose the non-exclusive package, which included 15 children (£9.50 per extra child) for 2 hours (1 hour soft play & 1 hour food / party games) & from the very moment we arrived our host was exceptional. Kelly handled everything from start to finish from the moment we arrived, but the hosting wasn't the only part of what made the experience so special. Kelly treated our daughter as the little human she is, she sat her down, asked her directly what her favourite party song was (for the 1st game of the party games) & explained everything that was going to happen directly to her & this instantly gave her so much confidence & made her feel special. The little things like this make a huge difference to the overall feeling of the party, not to mention the fact Kelly provided black bags for the presents our daughter received (this was great for opening the presents & disposing of the wrapping paper at home), she took care of cutting the cake into equal portions, handed out the party bags at the end, but the best part of Kelly's hosting was her ability to communicate with all the children. She knew exactly how to entertain them, while also keeping them calm & collected when moving from soft play to the party games & instructing the children how to play each game. She even got the parents involved towards the end which was a great touch Overall, the experience was fantastic. Great value. Great party food. Great hosting. Would 10/10 recommend this to anybody in the area looking for a children's party venue! Thanks again to all The Pavilion team 👍🏻🙏🏻
