Hosted my 5 year old's birthday there yesterday. Play area is great for multiple ages. The breakfast food menu was FANTASTIC. All parents commented that their child ate such a lot, the variety was excellent amd the parents were very happy to mop up any left overs! Our host Alisha was great. Attentative, organised and efficient, nothing was too much trouble.

Nice big wooden play structures with safety sponge everywhere. Large structure for bigger kids and a smaller one for 0-5s which my 3½ and 1 year olds love. There's also a baby room for anyone with sub 1 year olds.

Fantastic play centre! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and had plenty to keep the children entertained. The play area is spacious and safe, with lots of variety. It’s great to find a place that is different to the usual soft plays. My children didn’t want to leave! The food was great too, it came quickly and to a really high standard. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend it to other families. Thank you!

Shocked by new rules! We have been coming here for over 13 years with our kids and this place normally haa never had a problem until today. I have been very disappointed with todays service and new "rule". The kids run around and a get thirsty and often have a sip of their water and often the odd snack (blueberries for a 1year old, fruit &/ or a little sweet etc for kids) to keep them going and enjoying their play. I was stopped by staff today for offering our kids any snacks even for the 1 year old because "new management" don't allow food to be purchased from outside because its the rule. 1. The cafe is shut so can't order food/ meals 2. I clearly mentioned its just light snacks for the kids not a meal / sandwiches and she refused. 3. I clarified fruit for a one year old baby and this was disapproved also. This is appauling behaviour. I understand business need to find creative ways to increase sales but it should not be at the cost of babies been told they can't bring their own preferred food. I have never been so disappointed in a regular place we visit with family and friends about objecting to kids snacks. I would've understood if we brought a whole picnic or sandwiches. I hope management review their stance and consider being inclusive.

We did a mascot visit here not so long ago. This is a great place for kids parties. Plenty for them to do is a lovely sized room upstairs for the food. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking at the front of the building.
