Bambino City

We visited Bambino City for the first time today and will definitely be back! My toddler had such a great time exploring the different play areas, especially the slide, dressing-up section and the push-along cars. He even made a few little friends while playing, which was lovely to see. One thing I really liked was how easy it was to keep an eye on my child from the seating area. The tables are close enough to the play space that my toddler could still interact with us and call us over when needed, while feeling confident enough to play independently too. It meant my husband and I could actually enjoy a hot drink and dessert while he played. The atmosphere was really nice. Everyone - staff and other parents were friendly and well-mannered, which made it feel like a comfortable and welcoming place for families. Everything was very clean, including the toilets, and the hygiene standards throughout the venue were excellent. The play equipment, tables and facilities were all well looked after. The food was great too. We were pleased to find halal options available, the cakes were delicious and the coffee was one of the best I’ve had at a children’s play venue. A special thank you to Regva, who went above and beyond to customise a dessert for us. The attention to detail and customer service really stood out. Overall, a lovely place for little ones to play and for parents to relax. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit.

This soft play is fantastic for little ones. The area is clean, well maintained, and feels very safe, which is so important when you have young children. There’s plenty to keep my 1.5-year-olds entertained, with lots to play with and explore. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and parking nearby makes the visit easy and stress-free. You also get a really good amount of play time for the price you pay, especially compared to play cafés, which is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Highly recommended for toddlers and young children

I just discovered bambino city during a google search, visited for the first time today with my 1 and 3 year old. We had the most amazing time, the cafe is clean and has so many activities for infants and toddlers, they were kept entertained for the two hours, the food selection is also very nice. The staff were friendly, welcoming and made the whole experience enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

We privately hired this venue yesterday evening and it was absolutely brilliant. All the guests – especially the kids – had an amazing time. The two ladies working there were incredibly helpful, organised and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The venue itself was spotless and very well maintained. Parking was easy as well, with 3.5 hours of free parking just around the corner in the retail park, which made things really convenient for everyone attending. Highly recommend for a stress-free party experience!
