Kiddiewinks soft play

I cannot put into words how incredible my overall experience has been. My son had his birthday party there and not only did he have THE best time, all the children and parents throughly enjoyed themselves. Everything was perfect, The absolute best soft play and friendliest staff who went above and beyond their roles to accommodate and make it special. It was clean, parents could see their children, drinks were provided for the children during play. I cannot recommend Kiddiewinks enough. Whether it's a birthday or soft play session, I guarantee your child will want to come back. Parents are now booking up their children's parties as it was perfect. Thank you to all the amazing staff, we are so grateful you made it special for us. Love the Thorpe family.

The staff and management is very good. The safety and hygiene is also commendable. We planned our son’s 4th birthday party and it went so well.

Fun for the kids. Although there are tables and chairs for the adults, they are not very comfortable at all. Plus point is that there's a car park nearby abd, you can buy tea, coffee and snacks at the venue. Biggest con, you have to leave kiddiewinls and sometimes your kids in there to go to the loo which are located outside the softplay venue, a good 50 yards outside the venue.

My daughter just had her birthday party here and I must say thank you so much to Rosie and Jen. Amazing staff!! Very helpful children enjoyed them selves and my daughter had a lovely party ❤️

nice small soft play but if kids need toilet you need to go out to shopping centre toilets which is quite inconvenient...
