Macaroni Penguin Kidbrooke

We celebrated our daughter’s 2nd birthday at Macaroni Penguin Kidbrooke recently and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you! We had around 15 children ranging from just a few weeks old up to 4 years, and the space worked perfectly for all of them. It’s spacious, safe, and thoughtfully laid out with loads of different areas for kids of all ages to enjoy. Being able to play our own music and set up the guest tables as we liked, also made it feel really personal and relaxed. They happened to have a lovely Easter-themed balloon arch set up at the entrance on the day which was such a lovely touch and made for gorgeous photos! What stood out most was how stress-free the whole experience felt. The team were friendly and helpful so everything ran so smoothly from start to finish and we could actually enjoy the day with our daughter and our guests. A perfect spot so we’d absolutely recommend!

We had our daughter's first birthday here and would highly recommend it. The soft play area is well equipped and clean and even has a small area for under 2s. The kids loved it... especially the dress up play. Will and the team were brilliant in helping us set up and tidy up. They set up our hanging decorations for us and set up our tables according to a plan we provided them with - no fuss, just quick and efficient. They even helped cut the birthday cake for guests! We have to acknowledge Janet in particular, who was a star and went above and beyond and anticipated our every need.

We recently celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday at Macaroni Penguin and had a fantastic experience. As someone who doesn’t usually enjoy soft play centres because of concerns about cleanliness and germs, this is one of the few places I’m genuinely happy to visit. The venue is noticeably cleaner and tidier than most soft plays we’ve been to, which made a huge difference. It’s a great size with plenty to keep children of different ages entertained, and the option to bring your own food and drinks if needed is a real bonus when organising a party. The staff were wonderful throughout – friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They helped make the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Parking can be a little tricky, but we found parking in Pelger Square or at Aldi, both of which are only a short walk away. Overall, we had a brilliant time and couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our son’s 3rd birthday. I would 100% recommend Macaroni Penguin for birthday parties or play dates, especially if, like me, you’re usually hesitant about visiting soft play centres.

We had a best B'day party ever!!!! My daughter, all the children, and even all of the adults had an amazing time. After yesterday, I'm pretty sure we'll be coming back for a few more parties! 😃 The staff and Will were absolutely incredible. They were so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole day (and of course before day). We were having so much fun that we couldn't finish the party on time and asked if we could extend it. Our request was met immediately with kindness, and thanks to you all, we created the most wonderful memories here. We'll definitely be coming back to visit the soft play too! We truly can't thank you enough. Thank you for your energy, the care you put into everything, the way you responded to every request with a smile and so much understanding, and for supporting us like we were part of your own family. We can't wait to see you all again 🥰 We love you! 🩵

One of the cleanest soft plays we've visited. Absolutely loved it, the staff are welcoming and they do nice bubble teas. Will definitely be visiting again.
