Clowntown is an absolute gem for families easily a 5⭐ experience. The first thing that stands out is just how much space there is. Unlike some soft play centres that can feel cramped or chaotic, this place feels open, well laid out, and comfortable for both kids and adults. The play areas are brilliant, with plenty to keep children entertained for hours. Everything feels safe, clean, and well maintained, which makes it much easier to relax while the kids run wild and enjoy themselves. There’s a great balance between fun and practicality. The food and drinks are another big plus. Prices are really reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes—you definitely get your money’s worth. There are also great drink options, including slushies for the kids, and the iced coffee was honestly super addictive! What really makes Clowntown special is the atmosphere, it’s lively without being overwhelming. The space allows kids to explore freely without feeling on top of each other, which is a huge plus.

I have been visiting clown town since last two months for my granddaughter. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Yesterday (Wednesday) my husband and her nanny went from 4:30 pm till 5:40 pm and unfortunately my husband forgot his bag which had a few items purchased from Tesco including his medication. He had left it on the chair just outside the clown town and then pickup his granddaughter. He realised it almost at 6:25 and rushed to clown town and to his surprise the friendly staff at cafe were waiting for him! He couldn’t thank both enough! Petrina and Angelina both kept it in the fridge and waited with patience for my husband to return. Both Petrina and Angelina showed their kindness and care for my husband’s stuff. Both are just amazing and with such an excellent presence of mind. Thank you ever so much Petrina and Angelina! May God bless you both. And needless say we will be visiting clown town regularly.

⸻ We visited this place for the second time today. The venue itself is spacious and offers plenty of opportunities for children to enjoy and play, which we really appreciate. However, I was a bit disappointed with the food options available for little ones. Most of the menu consists of fried foods, and there aren’t many healthy alternatives to choose from. We ended up ordering sandwiches. One portion came with just two small pieces of cucumber and two pieces of carrot on the side – and considering this is a place for kids, it would have been better if the carrots were at least peeled. The second portion came with cucumbers that looked quite dry and unappealing. As constructive feedback, it would be wonderful to see more fresh, healthy, and child-friendly options on the menu – things like freshly prepared vegetables, fruit, or lighter meals. This would really enhance the overall experience for families who visit.
