Its a nice little place. For the size it is quite pricey and all adults must pay. A fruit shoot cost £1.80. Good selection for the kids and service is good. Parking ia difficult and you have to go up a bunch of stairs which is difficult with more than 1 child

I wasted my time today for all of you. Don’t go to this place. I should’ve know when it was a mobile number you had to call to speak to someone. The lady who runs this place is unprofessional and a time waster :). We went rainbow soft play instead and had a wonderful time.

Do not waste your money if you only have a toddler! The section for older kids is great and my 3 and a half year old loved it…but the ‘0-3’ section is shocking. Just a really small room with one small ball pit and a few other basic soft play floor items. Room barely padded so doesn’t even feel safe - I’d rather just play in my own front room with my baby. This room needs A LOT of work to be able to charge people for it. Under 3s should be free until some investment has been made because there is no way I would pay for the use of it ever again!

Had a really good first expeirnhete. Booked online as its the Norm at the moment but not a necessity. Small room for 0-3 yrs and 2 layered soft play for 4-10 yr olds. Food available. Reasonable prices. Small seating area and sofas. High chairs available. No lift only stairs to access.

We love the Red Stairs Soft Play! We go very often and just had our son’s 3rd birthday party there. It was such a wonderful morning! Naz and her team decorated the walls and tables beautifully and made some lovely platters for the adults as well as a yummy lunch for the kids. Communication with Naz prior to the party was good and the whole party ran really smoothly. All of the guests loved it and said what a great party it was. Such lovely memories for us as a family and would really recommend it. Thanks again to Naz and all of her team for all their hard work! 🙏
