Clip 'n Climb Wandsworth

The staff at this branch are absolutely INCREDIBLE. This was most definitely the best customer service experience I’ve ever experienced across all industries. Every single person we encountered today was SO helpful and kind. I really can’t express how much easier they all made my experience today, especially coming with three children, one adult Lol. Shout out to you all, and thank you so much, you’re all amazing!

We had the best time at Clip & Climb Wandsworth last week. Our 5yo enjoyed exploring the range of very unique climbing obstacles- with fab updates since we last visited a couple of years back. His dad enjoyed climbing just as much- the varying degrees of challenge meaning it's great for any age... there are a few you can either climb in parallel or opposite eachother which we really liked. My son was too small for the vertical slide - but he loved watching his dad and others go down. The staff were all so friendly and on hand to answer questions- a big thank you to Dejuan who was extra helpful! I also love that they offer a discount for NHS and other professions with the Bluelight card (though this cannot be redeemed via online booking)! We look forward to coming again.

I had a small party for my daughter’s 9th birthday 10.4.26 at clip and Climb Wandsworth and the kids had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived manager Marco was on hand to explain everything to us, him and his team where all very friendly. helpful and there was nothing too much or little they didn’t help us with. Facilities nice and clean and enough space for all to enjoy the brilliant atmosphere! The staff were supporting the kids with clipping and climbing which was lovely! Marco also ensured the kids all enjoyed their food, (pizza and garlic bread was nice and fresh too) choice of slushy mixes and Ice-cream as I booked the ultimate package which meant we had our own private party room to use and bring our own cake for the celebration! 10/10 experience and one of the best birthday party activities we have done and would highly recommend it!

Kids had a really nice time there. Staff was helpful and kind. The space got hot after a while with all the children climbing.

We had such a fantastic experience here! From the moment we arrived, everything was welcoming, well-organised and clearly focused on making the experience fun and safe for kids. The manager (Marco) was especially amazing — so friendly, helpful and genuinely informative. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made the kids feel confident and excited, and were incredibly patient with all our questions. You can really tell they care about what they do and about creating a positive experience for families. The atmosphere was great, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast! We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and supportive climbing experience for children.
