Air con not on despite being sweltering inside. We were one of two parent with kid patrons in the entire place so god knows what it is like on busier and hotter days. Seen all the other complaints, a cost saving measure most likely. Surely a heat risk for kids. Went to the park in the end, was cooler on a hot day. Also what looks to be asbestos debris right outside and along the flat access.

The kids loved this place ,4year old birthday party. Everything was clean,service was good. Hired a party room so all the kids could sit down together eat and sing happy birthday.

Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. 1. Charged $13 entry for a 12 month old 2. One person working 3. Ordered drinks and food at 9:30, still wasn’t brought out at 11:45 despite asking 3 times. 4. Don’t monitor the baby area- allow older children into the toddler zone.

This place is unsafe, very dirty and has no staff to ensure safety. The toilet had literal poo wiped on the outside of the toilet bowl. The toddler area had big kids in it and that area had a number of unsafe elements in it. There was no staff to ensure safety/rules across the whole center and the play equipment was tired/worn down. The owners don't care about this place at all apart from collecting your money. Avoid

What a great play centre! The pirate ship carnival ride was definitely the stand out! The kids meals were well priced. It was so busy, we got the last table (weekend). We took a 5yo & 2.5yo. They loved it. They have lots of specials on & free entry days. We stayed for about 2 hrs. We will be going back. Would definitely recommend.
