We couldn't be happier with the wonderful care and kindness of the staff at Monkey Puzzle Eltham. We was really worried about our son going to nursery but he has settled in so well and he loves it. All the staff in baby room are so kind, really caring and I know my son is in safe hands so it makes dropping him off and leaving him so much easier. I'm amazed at how many lovely things they get to do, you can see how much thought and planning goes into them. They keep you updated with snip its through out the day which we love to see and always happy to chat about his day on pick up. Special thanks to Becky my son's key worker who has been amazing, my son is always happy to see Becky. We are so happy with our choice of Nursery.

Amazing nursery!!! My daughter started in the toddler room just before she turned two and she absolutely loved it and asked to go everyday. When I picked her up after lunchtime, she would say I want to go back to Monkey Puzzel which tells us a lot how much she has enjoyed. We visited several nursery and this one is the furthest to where we live, but we just feel the staff here are geniuenly caring for the kids and I can feel the difference - it turns out this is an absolutely correct decision to choose this nursery - made the daily car journey worthwhile. Although the space is not huge, the staff are really making efforts to think of very creative and fun and educative activities everyday (which I've been stealling their ideas for home play!) and my daughter has really enjoyed and learnt a lot. Highly recommended!

Our son has been going here since he was 9 months old (now 2yrs) and he absolutely loves it. He has learnt and grown so much and a lot of it is down to the wonderful staff members at Monkey Puzzle. We have always been kept informed of everything he gets up to and couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery as everyone here is so great and loving towards our son.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care, love, and dedication shown by the entire team at Monkey Puzzle. Our daughter started here as a 7-month-old and has just moved on to school, and looking back we can see what an extraordinary role the nursery has played in her journey. The staff have always gone above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment. One of the most touching examples of this was receiving her learning journey book – put together with such thoughtfulness and attention to detail. It captured not just her development milestones, but also the joy, personality, and growth she experienced during her years at Monkey Puzzle. It’s something we will treasure forever. It’s clear that this isn’t just childcare – it’s a community of people who genuinely care about the children and families they support. We’ll always look back with warmth and gratitude for everything Monkey Puzzle has given our daughter, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Our children attended monkey puzzle for a year before we moved away from the area and we were lucky enough to get an experience with every room and the wonderful staff in each one. We were so happy with the care that was given to our children, how difficult issues like potty training and incident events were handled and how much the staff genuinely cared about our kids. They focused a lot on sensory play and learning and we could tell from the reports and assessments that they were genuinely monitoring what each child was doing and what they enjoyed. They were inclusive and taught the children about different celebrations and diversity which was important to us. The kids were always happy and well fed at pick up time, they still talk about how they miss the desserts from monkey puzzle! As with most childcare settings the staff are mostly young women but all of them have shown so much professionalism and maturity and we felt so much trust in them. On our children's last day several members of staff came in on their day off to say goodbye which just showed us how much they truly cared. We miss you monkey puzzle! ❤️
