We had our son's 5th birthday at the Finnegan's World and were super happy with everything! The initial communication, the booking procedure, the event organisation - all perfect! We requested a superhero decoration theme and it was great! The food for the children was of a great variety and quantity, the place was clean and warm, there was suitable music playing and the staff was taking care of everything at the right moment. Maheen and her colleague were super friendly and helpful. The best part of all, however, was that our son and his guests had an amazing time playing with all the provided equipment which was diverse and undoubtedly - a lot of fun!

I visited this beautiful soft play area today, and was a bit nervous about going and trying a new place with my toddler who hasn’t been the most confident lately. I truly enjoyed every part of my experience here. As we came in there was a place to park our buggy, and I was able to settle my son into their seating area with some snacks that I got from the cafe. He quickly warmed up to the surrounding seeing all the lovely stuffed animals, the atmosphere was really inviting and captivating for a toddler. This allowed me to feel a bit more relaxed about my visit, it was a perfect little size for a child under two, lots of safety mats everywhere, plenty of toys to explore, very in touch with the sensory side. My son enjoyed it a lot and even felt confident to play without me. The environment wasn’t over stimulating like other places can be, it was very relaxing for the both of us. And most importantly the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, they helped us into the premises and ensured that children can’t run out, they helped with getting my buggy parked up, and overall they were very kind! My only constructive criticism would be is that the slide is a little tough to access for adults, my toddler was scared to go up the soft play area alone as it’s. A bit dark and confusing to figure out. Perhaps it would be easy with a simpler access route for both mothers and toddlers. A plus point for me was also the hygiene standard and level of cleanliness maintained. It was so lovely and clean - it puts a mother’s mind at ease.

What a wonderful hidden gem on Ealing High Street! As a nanny visiting with young children, I was genuinely impressed by this vibrant, stimulating, and exciting soft play centre. After initially worrying it might be too small based on first impressions, I was pleasantly surprised by how cosy, modern, and thoughtfully designed the space is — it’s absolutely worth a visit and you really shouldn’t let the size put you off. The play area is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and extremely well maintained. The additional safety measures, including a locked entrance door, provide great peace of mind. Because the space is compact, parents and guardians can easily keep an eye on their children at all times, which creates a calm and secure environment. The seating area for spectators is comfortable and well laid out, with plenty of room so it never feels crowded or squashed. A special mention must go to the coffee — not only is it super tasty, but it’s also cheaper than Costa across the road, which is a lovely bonus for parents and carers! Entry prices are very reasonable, with the flexible option to pay for an extra 30 minutes after your hour has expired, which is perfect when the children are having too much fun to leave. Parking is also convenient, with nearby residential streets offering easy parking at just £3.10 for two hours. I would especially like to recognise the owner’s sister (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) for her incredibly warm welcome on our first visit. Her attention to detail, friendliness, and excellent customer service truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-run soft play centre that I would highly recommend to anyone with young children. We will definitely be returning — thank you so much for having us!

My daughter Valentina had such a wonderful time at Finnegan’s! The play area is clean, fun, and full of great activities to keep kids entertained. A special thank you to Aisha, who was absolutely amazing with Valentina — so kind, attentive, and engaging! It really made a difference knowing she was having fun and being looked after while I got some work done on my laptop. Rita was also incredibly welcoming and hardworking, creating such a friendly and positive atmosphere. Highly recommend for parents looking for a great place for their kids to play and for themselves to relax or get a bit of work done!

We had our son’s 2nd birthday party at Finnegan’s World and it was absolutely brilliant! The team made everything so easy and stress-free — they sorted the decorations and food, and even asked about our theme and whether we had any particular colours in mind, so they could make sure it all matched. It looked amazing and felt really thoughtful. All the staff are just so lovely — cheerful, chatty, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, which makes such a difference. The toddlers had the best time, and we could actually enjoy it as well. Would 100% recommend Finnegan’s World for anyone looking for a fun, friendly, and well-organised party for little ones at a lovely venue.
