Have been invited to a birthday party here, Nice looking place,not so many attractions inside for the kids,but you can easily spent couple of hours, I had a coffee which was alright,they offer few other snacks and hot drinks too. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the temperature inside the facilities,was cold comparing to others places, We had so stay with the jackets inside and keep the kids with long sleeves all the time,no matter what activities they was undertaking.Thats why I am taking 1 star off. Other than that All good.

Not impressed! Price tripled since we last came! 3£ it used to be for 1 year old now it’s 10£!!!! Rude woman at the till and it says a lot when it’s completely dead in here ! Then to top it off 4.40 for a latte with no biscuit or nothing … will never come back here again what a dump! Save your money and go elsewhere

3 children got hit by this stand asked staff to move when the first child got hit with it and it a few times and all 4 staff members didn't take it upon themselves to move until me and another parent who's child got hit on the head brought it to the till about 20 minutes after the first incident why it was left just leaning against the wall in the baby sensory room I don't know. Hope the child who got hit right on the head in the first place is ok.

My little girl absolutely loves going to the jungle hut, we go very regularly and it’s brilliant every single time. The staff are always lovely and kind. They have hosted 2 birthday parties there for my daughter and I have never been disappointed!

Had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here and couldn’t be happier, kids had a blast!! Nothing was too much trouble and our host Sally explained everything and was always to hand! We had the gold package with face paints, character visit and party bags too which saved me lots of organising! My daughter even got a little balloon and present off them which was a lovely touch! Would highly recommend and will be visiting again! Thank you for everything! 🎉
