Oxygen at MediaCity

We celebrated yesterday our son’s birthday at Oxygen Active Play Media City with his classmates and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our host, Noa, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire party. From assisting with the decorations to ensuring everything ran smoothly, she handled every request with professionalism and a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to make the day special for our son and his friends. The service was excellent, the children had an amazing time, and all of our guests commented on how well organised the party was. Several parents even said they would love to celebrate their own children’s birthdays there in the future. A huge thank you to Noa and the team for making the day so memorable. Highly recommended!

It is a lovely and family friendly place. My children love to go and play there. Suitable for all ages with a soft play toddler area. A cafe with a variety of choices is available with a mezzanine floor over looking the play area. The staff are very friendly, polite and understanding. Special thanks to Amelie, who provided us with a first class service.

Our Host Sadé was absolutely amazing she was very helpful & we would highly recommend her as a host for Birthday party's all the parents have said they are going to book there party here Kind Regards Kaven's mum and dad

Amazing place for children and adults! The jumping areas are fantastic, with plenty of space for kids to play, have fun, and burn off energy in a safe environment. The facilities are clean, modern, and very well organized. What really stands out is the great atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the whole experience. It’s the perfect place for children to enjoy themselves while parents can relax and feel comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the visit even better. A wonderful experience from start to finish — definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!

I took my younger cousins to Oxygen Media City to get them out the house and I 100% recommend. The staff were so kind, we were checked in by Charlie who did amazing considering it was her first time on reception. The courts team (Junaid, Ollie, and Mike) were so kind and looked out for everyone, and their engagement was top notch! Rayanna and Govind gave us a had with the high rope and the sky line (which I 100% recommend!) Georgia and Mariam in the cafe smashed it, they made us some of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had! The manager, Andy, was also around, jumping from department to department to help whenever the demand required him, which was really nice to see. Overall I would 100% recommend, the staff really make the experience 10 times better!
