We absolutely love this place. I bring my child here regularly and it never disappoints. The space is always clean and well-maintained, which it feel saft and welcoming. There is such a great variety of toys to keep children entertained. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is also nice and reasonably priced, which is a big plus for parents. My child enjoys every visit and is always excited to come back.

We had our son’s 2nd birthday party here last night. The owners are so kind, lovely and welcoming. They had taken a booking for my son’s birthday around 3 weeks before the date I wanted, which to most places would be “last minute”. I requested Mickey Mouse themed party plates ect, and to my Suprise the lady had hand crafted Mickey Mouse plates and even did his name on the wall all Mickey Mouse theme! I’ll add pictures as this just meant so much to us that they had gone that extra mile to make it extra special, them Mickey Mouse letters are now in his bedroom as he absoutely loves them and will also teach him how his name is spelt! They did chicken nuggets and chip with snacks for the children, they adhered to one child who has a dairy allergy and made sure there was something for everyone. I have never met more kind, genuine people in my life and you put me at ease with how everything was done, as I do worry a lot! They made sure the adults had cups of tea and whenever needed for anything was there straight away but also left us to enjoy the party at the same time. They absoutely loved my sons outfit and interacted with him, which led my son to keep popping in and out the kitchen to say hello… again thank you so much and I would absolutely recommend this place if you want a small, little get together, perfect for small families/gatherings ❤️ Kayli, Josh & Little Leo xoxo

What a place! I am writing this review right after we had my 3-year-old's birthday party at the lovely Place to play and I don't think I can ever find the words to do it justice or express my gratitude! It is a beautiful area-it has just been renovated too-with numerous opportunities for pretend play (theatre, construction site, fire station, police station, home, shop, vet's, doctor's, post office AND MORE, even a sensory room for babies) that ignites children's imagination! It is run by a wonderful family who do anything they can to make sure that not only the little ones, but also parents have a great time. There is a cafe area where you can order from a varied menu and changing facilities. All this at a very reasonable price, whether it is for a simple visit or for a gorgeous party. Our toddler's party was the second time we visited, but I can confidently say we will be back as often as we can (we have already booked to meet the Easter Bunny on 19th April-how exciting!)! Thank you to Rachel, John and Linda for all their help, warmth and spirit; it's great to see there are still small businesses that make one, and more importantly one's child, feel like they truly matter!

Such a lovely place for the kids. My boys (2&5) loved it. I’ve never seen them play so well together for a full two hours. Food is really reasonable and the owners are doing a fantastic job looking after everyone and keeping the place clean and tidy for the children. Highly recommend a trip here!

We had a really lovely morning here with our grandaughter who is 2 - lots of things to do and the ladies were very friendly & helpful. Food was also reasonably priced. It wasn’t too busy and there were plenty of toys to go around. We will definately be back
