Amazing! Nicola is a the exact person you want to see in a play centre/restaurant. Me and my children were welcomed from the front door (first time) and showed the play area, made conversation and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Nicola is clearly a child friendly lady (surprisingly not all play centre staff are!) she was happy, energetic, polite, funny and looked after everyone there even as it got busier. A massive relief to feel like this when you have a child who can be easily overstimulated and the reaction of new adults and environments can have a huge affect on behaviour. Tilly was so happy and couldn’t wait to get in and also spoke to Nicole as she clearly felt comfortable. Great play area for my 3 and 1 year old. After attending many play areas the staff make a huge different to wanting to return! Nicola told us about the sessions we will definitely be attending for SEN. Can’t wait to use our play passes and come back again and again!! Thanks Nicola xx Beth (Tilly and Mary) also breakfast was yummy thanks chef !

We came to the wacky warehouse and were greeted by Nicola, who was very polite friendly and constantly smiley which was nice to see. It was a little busy so I think Nicola (even tho she did an amazing job on her own) could of done with some help, she was running around like a mad woman making sure everyone was served/let in to play, tables and floor were spotless and the whole time she kept that smile. Definitely an assets to the company.

Lovely place and staff. However, I would say there is not much options for the under 5s section. Would still return and enjoyed my time here with my son, many thanks.

We had a lovely time at Wacky Warehouse! The staff were extremely polite, friendly and always happy to help, which really made the whole experience worthwhile. Their warm attitude created such a welcoming atmosphere and made the visit even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Whilst the children loved playing here my 31 year had to tell a 15 year old size around 5ft 5 who was way to big to be in the ball pool launching balls which hit our 5 year making her cry from which she got verbal abuse from him and his mum. Non of this would have happened if Nicola had of stopped them going in in the first place. Bad experience
