Super soft play for young kids. Not to big that the kids can just get lost in. There are also educational creative play areas. Coffee was great. Staff absolutely amazing! Very clean and tidy. I would recommend you try it if you haven’t been before.

I recently took my child to Flamingo Soft Play and honestly, it’s the best play centre we’ve ever been to! Everything was spotless and felt really safe, which made it easy to let my child explore and play independently. She was entertained the entire time we were there – no boredom in sight! The staff were so friendly and polite, which always makes a big difference. There’s also a lovely little café area where you can grab food and drinks, which is super handy. What really impressed me was learning that every Tuesday they close early for a full deep clean – even taking all the play balls out to be properly cleaned. It’s those little details that show how much they care. It’s also really affordable, making it such a great place to spend a few hours together as a family. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Went here today (Tuesday) , very clean, went at mid day and it was very busy however was offered seating in the party room on the sofa’s and had no issues! Actually preferred it. Offers a range of activities. It is smaller than I expected however had no issues. Did struggle to find it at first as it is kind of hidden but once we were in it was just a trip up the stairs and we were der. I was impressed with how clean it was. Hot chocolate was decent & milkshake was nice (could have been a bit thicker but was worth it) overall great experience. The ladies der are very polite and welcoming. Even when I was leaving helped me down the stairs with the the newborn. My two year old didn’t want to leave. Will be returning. They have a car park around the corner which was pretty cheap (£1 for 2 hours I think). Great service. Thank you flamingo Team. See you next time x

Where do I even begin with this soft play The Flamingo I messaged the manager, Dominica, via their Instagram page and within an hour she had replied with the warmest, most welcoming response. I was lucky enough to secure a last-minute booking and attended with four children. There’s a large car park behind the building, and from the moment you walk through the doors you’re greeted by the most stunning set-up. As a parent of a 12-year-old and younger children, I’ve visited many soft play centres over the years — but this has to be one of the cleanest and most well-organised I’ve ever experienced. The staff, including the owners, were constantly on the move throughout the entire session — cleaning, making drinks, and checking in to ensure everyone was happy and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The food and drinks were incredibly reasonably priced, and I honestly didn’t expect the standard to be as high as it was. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered. The drinks were a solid 10/10, beautifully presented in stunning cups with lovely finishing touches. The toilets were immaculate, beautifully designed, and clearly made with children in mind — welcoming, practical, and spotless. The soft play itself offers such a fantastic variety: sensory toys, soft mats, role-play areas, and a huge wacky warehouse-style frame that’s every child’s dream. We were also given a loyalty card, meaning our fourth visit will be free — such a lovely bonus! I’m so glad we managed to book. We had a fantastic day, and the staff truly are five-star, real-life angels. Thank you for making our half-term visit so stress-free — we will absolutely be back what an incredible safe space for children . The mommy behind this has done a incredible job

Easily the cleanest soft play we’ve ever been to! The whole place had such a calm, cosy feel to it, which made a huge difference compared to the usual busy, chaotic centres that can feel like a football stadium. The limited numbers really make it more enjoyable for both kids and parents – a much more relaxed experience all round. The staff were absolutely brilliant too. We made a last minute birthday request that we hadn’t pre-booked, and they went out of their way to accommodate us and make my daughter’s day really special. We’ll definitely be returning and will be recommending to all our friends and family.
