Incredible Day Out – Best Play Center in Birmingham!We had an absolutely fantastic time at Monster Mayhem in Star City! It is easily one of the best places for kids to let off steam. My children enjoyed it so much and didn't want to leave.One of the biggest highlights for us was the food. It’s hard to find play centres that offer high-quality Halal options, but the food here was delicious and fresh.A massive thank you to the manager, Saleen. She was truly amazing—literally managing everyone and everything so professionally while still being incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure every guest was looked after, and her hard work really shows in how well the place is run.Great atmosphere, lovely staff, and happy kids. We will definitely be back soon! We came all the way from Bridgewater Somerset we enjoyed alot.

First time coming to Monster Mayhem today after finding out my 5-year old is a big fan. Lots of seating, options, activities with lots to choose from and very good positive vibes all-round. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Will be a returning customer (as my daughter is currently! 🤣)

This is the second year in a row that we’ve celebrated our child’s birthday here, and honestly, I can’t find another place in Birmingham that comes close. Everything is top-tier from every point of view. The play area is spotless and beautifully designed, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is exceptional. The hospitality from the staff is truly 10/10 — a special thank you to Kiran and Laiza for making the day perfect. And many thanks as well to the lovely manager of the venue. Highly recommended!

Monster Mayhem Playground – Highly Recommended Monster Mayhem is an excellent indoor playground and a real win for families. The play areas are spacious, well-designed, and keep kids properly engaged — not just running around aimlessly, but actually having fun in a safe, structured environment. What really stands out is the staff. They’re attentive, friendly, and clearly on top of their responsibilities. You can tell they take safety seriously while still being great with the kids — calm, approachable, and professional throughout. That balance isn’t easy, and they get it right. The place is clean, well-organised, and efficiently run, even when it’s busy. From a parent’s perspective, it’s reassuring and stress-free. From a kid’s perspective, it’s pure excitement. Bottom line: well managed, well staffed, and well worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back.
