Absolutely shocking place. Was 34c outside and probably hotter inside and NO AC!!! Mentioned to the staff and they were not bothered. Not cheap either. DONT BOTHER GOING! My children complained of headaches and unwell within 10mins of jumping in the heat. WORSE PLACE

We had such an amazing time at Inflata Nation Birmingham! My little ones had an absolute blast, and honestly, so did I. Even my brothers ended up joining in on the madness which made the whole experience even more fun and memorable. There’s so much to do, and before we knew it, we were all running, jumping, and climbing non-stop. It’s definitely more of a workout than you’d expect — we were completely worn out by the end (in the best way possible!). It’s a great place for families, and I love that it brings everyone together, no matter their age. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My kids had fun at the Stechford inflatanation. However on arrival the person at the desk found it more important to talk to his colleagues and just handed us the wristbands then to tell us the children had to go watch a video and where it was. Lack of customer service skills that needs improving, tables was dirty, bins over filled and toilets looked like they could do with a clean. Gave 3 stars as the kids did have fun

Last week i came here with my friend and her 3 year old little sister. She had a lovely time and us adults were wore out completely after!! We went into the big kids area as before it was suitable for that sort of age of kids as long as they are accompanied. We soon realised that it was way too much so just a warning for people bringing kids who are new here or haven’t seen the new layout that the main area is not suitable for kids not as confident or under the age of 5 (or if they are physically small). The little ones’ area is much better now in my opinion and it has much more challenging things in there but it is still age appropriate. The little 3 year old we took found it challenging but she is small for her age. Great place for kids to burn off loads of energy and have loads of fun!! I do recommend buying tickets in advance as there are specific hour slots and you have to wait for the next one because you pay for entire hour slots and before the next one starts you have to leave.

This place is massive in comparison to our local one. It's cleaned regularly, the inflatables themselves are spotless and the staff are really friendly. Only problem I've found is a missing lock on one bathroom stall but thats it. My step daughter and fiance love this place
