Tumble & Giggle

This is the best place for children that I’ve visited in Birmingham. It’s very clean, fully air conditioned, and provides a comfortable environment for families. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to take their kids.

We enjoy this place and come here a lot! There is a football pitch and trampolines, a baby play area, a play area for bigger children which has a big slide and a ball pit!! I recommend going here if you want to have a fun day. It is also very clean.

Third time here with three grandkids aged 3,5 and 7 .. all seem to really enjoy the soft play facilities. Never get bored and always want to come back .. All clean and tidy, staff doing regular checks of the play areas . Toilets and there’s a cafe too for refreshments.. would recommend!

We visited Tumble & Giggle today with our children and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The play area has so many different activities and toys that we hadn’t seen in other soft play centres in the UK, and our children were happily entertained for the entire session. One of the biggest advantages is the free on-site parking, which makes the whole visit much more relaxing as there’s no need to worry about finding a space or paying for parking. The café offers a great selection of food and drinks, with prices that are very reasonable compared to many similar venues. Everything we ordered was fresh and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional standard of cleanliness. Staff were constantly cleaning and checking the different areas throughout our visit. I was wearing white socks the whole time and, even after walking around the venue, they stayed completely clean. That says a lot about how well the place is maintained. The toilets were also spotless – without doubt among the cleanest we’ve seen in any family entertainment venue in the UK. We used them several times during our visit with the children, and every time they were just as clean as before. Overall, Tumble & Giggle is an outstanding place for families. It’s clean, safe, well organised, reasonably priced and full of fun for children, while parents can relax in a comfortable, air-conditioned environment with a good coffee or a cold drink. We would highly recommend Tumble & Giggle to anyone looking for a fantastic family day out. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

First time visiting this soft play, and we were really impressed. There is an excellent variety of play equipment and activities to keep children of all ages entertained. The sessions are very well organised, with clear announcements reminding parents when the allocated play time is coming to an end. This is the first soft play we’ve visited that manages sessions this way, and it works really well as it prevents the venue from becoming overcrowded. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning
