Absolutely wonderful soft play centre - so clean and well looked after. Staff are very friendly and the choice of food & drink is great. They’ve had some delicious festive specials on recently which were very well received! My son loves coming here and the 1.5 hours slot just flies by!

This is our favourite soft play! My little boy is almost 2 and we've been quite a few times now. The 1-4 area is a very decent size with lots of things for them to play with unlike some places where it's just a small square. It's always extremely clean, the staff are always so polite and friendly and they cater to our dietary requirements. Absolutely brilliant place! Fantastic price too.

Amazing new soft play opened up perfect for children aged 8 and under! Our son had a great time. Very safe clean and friendly. Food was tasty too. The separate toddler area is also a great addition. Lovely and spacious and didn’t feel cramped at all! Our son didn’t want to leave!

Went to this soft play Twice with my son , Great customer service very friendly welcoming staff , the best clean Soft play i ever been to , heating on and cozy ,ordered coffee , we enjoyed our day ! Definitely recommend others to go .

The softplay itself is very clean and has lots of variety for the children to play on. The cafe and food options were reasonable in price and tasted really good! However there were a few too many children in the toddler area during our session (not under 4) I feel this could be monitored better so that a 7 month old isn’t trampled on by children who are 7/8. I also felt that when the session ended it was very rude of the staff to just walk onto the softplay and mop the stairs as kids are still playing or getting off. Some parents didn’t notice the time and instead of being told we are closing please make your way out they were practically swept out. I also sat at the table just finishing off feeding my baby whilst my husband gathered things to leave and noticed a staff member come to the table not mention a word to us and just take the highchair from our table. I feel this is such a rude approach to asking people to leave. My feedback would be to put a bell or end of session call out as the time is up to let parents and children know instead of just ignoring people and cleaning around them.
