The Soft Play Cafe in Birmingham is hands down the cleanest soft play I’ve ever been to. It’s not the biggest, but it doesn’t need to be — it’s absolutely spotless, and there’s nothing missing. Plenty to keep the little ones entertained. The owner is so lovely, always greeting you with a warm smile. We’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

This was genuinely the most wonderful play café I’ve ever visited. The space was amazing, and the lovely lady working there today was an absolute gem — her customer service was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere was so warm, welcoming, and relaxing, with such a lovely ambience. My toddler had the best time playing, I enjoyed a great coffee, and even my newborn had a fabulous nap. Thank you so much! xx

The soft play itself is lovely, for a small area it does have lots to do, little music bit with a bubble panel and lights, ball pit, slide, climbing steps with swinging bags to dodge past and a little bit for babies and younger children. There are mirrors and sensory stepping stones. Lots of little balls and toys to pick up as well. The toilets are well stocked with nappies, wipes, pads and are well maintained. The lunch box we had was very cute, our little one loved it, and each table had mats with cars which is a lovely touch. Lots to do abd my little boy loved it for the most part. The ladies were both lovely, very friendly and and everything was clean and tidy. My only issue was near the end of our session as more people came, my son did get overwhelmed as did I... It felt like you couldn't move anywhere and I didn't feel like I could get to him when he had been pushed over by another child. It is a very compact space where the tables and everything are very close together... When it's quieter it is a dream, but when it's busy it can easily feel quite full on. Overall however still a lovely little local gem that is easy to get to via public transportation run by a local small business mom, definitely worth a go.

We have visited The Softplay Cafe on multiple occasions now and my twins love it. For us it’s just the right size. Small enough that I am confident for them to play without my supervision (although you can see all areas) but also big enough that during the 1.5 hour visit they don’t get bored. The sensory corner is cute as well. Kamarah and the team are all lovely and so welcoming. The service is A* and the “light bites” are fresh and tasty. Prices are also affordable/reasonable. It’s a lovely addition to the area and I wish them all the success ❤️
