Lovely soft play with a section for babies and toddlers and another big section for bigger kids. They have big wavy slides, tunnel slides and round slides. The little area for babies and toddlers is perfect with a ball sit, sensory things and little slides for them. There are some soft padding toys and a soft roundabout too. Food was lovely, well catered to adults and children.

Had a party for my child here. Amy in particular was really friendly and attentive. Thankyou! Been before for other kids parties and it’s all well done. Not much changed since the branding change which is a good thing I think, seems to have had a refresh on the cladding/padding for the equipment. Kids had a great time

Impressed with the size of this soft play centre in Kings Heath. Probably one of the biggest of its kind in Birmingham South. There is a cafe inside serves food and drinks. The setting is bright and warm throughout. Cleanliness is fine, facilities look new and safe. The only downside is difficult to keep an eye on your running children due to its size. My preferred soft play centre now for my kids. Plenty of parking outside as well (free). Price wise I think tickets price is reasonable.

We enjoyed our visit and theres lots for children to do there, the staff were very pleasant. The only thing I was disappointed about was the cleanliness. We arrielved at half 9 and we're the only ones there for a while, i took my 6 month old into the mini ball pit and there was chocolate stars in there and mould in the corner so I instantly took him out. Ive read on othet review responses that the play equipment is cleaned daily but it cant be as. It should be thoroughly cleaned every day with how many children use it

Two weekends ago we had our little boys birthday party there, the lady who was our party helper was amazing couldn’t fault her however the the day after the party four children and an adult came out in hand foot and mouth, the only place we had all been together, during the party we notice tables were not cleaned there was food over the floors no staff to be seen making sure areas were cleaned, the fact we paid over £200 for a party which yes the children loved and the lady was amazing but the state of the surrounding areas within the soft play wasn’t great. I feel more staff need to be employed to help take on these sort of tasks and make sure the soft play and the areas are cleaned through out the day and when closed, the toilets were absolutely disgusting there was paper towels and tissue all over the floors, toilets were not flushed, stop wasn’t refilled. This should be checked regularly and kept on top off.
