Zigzags is an amazing place! Brilliant for parties or just simply playing the sensory room, which is calming and a treat for babies and parents! The staff are welcoming towards guests and the food is brilliant for kids and adults. There is a variety of mascots to choose from for parties. The party room is always guarteed to give a good time. Big shoutout to the staff Gian and Tyler they are very sweet and friendly always guaranteed to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended

honestly can’t recommend this soft play area enough — it’s an absolute gem for both kids and parents. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, bright, and really well thought out. The play structures are fantastic — loads of variety, from climbing frames and slides to sensory zones and imaginative play corners. It’s the kind of place where kids can burn off energy for hours and still not want to leave. What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail. The equipment is clearly well-maintained, safety is taken seriously, and there’s a great layout so you can actually keep an eye on your child without constantly moving around. That alone makes such a difference. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there, which creates a really positive atmosphere. And as a bonus — the café is a lifesaver. Good coffee, decent food options, and a comfortable place to sit while the kids play (a rare win!). Whether it’s a casual visit, a rainy-day rescue, or even a birthday party, this place absolutely delivers. It’s fun, safe, and stress-free — everything you’d want in a soft play. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Absolutely disgusted how my grandson was treated today, he has autism & hearing loss, my daughter booked up online for 4 children, when they arrived my grandson was measured he was slightly over by 1 inch, a refund was requested as they obviously wasn’t aware of this, but was refused, so due to the other three children they had to go in, but they still wouldn’t let my grandson play, which caused a melt down, then another meltdown while he had to watch others play, then he decided to run into play area so staff came over to tell my daughter to remove him. Now I fully understand rules are rules but anyone who goes to these play areas know there are several parents in the play area jumping annf going down slides or teenagers running round. A little compassion for he’s disabilities wouldn’t have come a miss but at least a refund for him then the other three who had to leave and miss out. I suggest you get more training for staff in customer care and Autism training so they have a better understanding , plus get them to clean the place instead of standing round gossiping, the place is filthy 😡 As I can’t comment to owners disgusting reply below, I’d no intention of bringing my grandchildren back to your filthy play area with incompetent staff ( except one ) who was mortified to have to come over to an autistic child, she apologised. But the reply from yourself (owner) reflects on the business, what a disgusting attitude & just wish my daughter had taken pictures of adults in there, not with toddlers either, so where’s the rules being applied there ? Don’t talk to me like I’m stupid, the rules where understood but who continually measures their children, perhaps go by ages and no adults allowed in I’m sure they aren’t 1 inch over Once again I’m replying to your ridiculous reply and un professional comments , regarding viewing cct, fabricating that I was rude ect at zig zags, if your going to lie get facts correct and read what I say properly because I wasn’t even there 😂😂 it was my daughter, and at no time was anyone rude in any way or even asked there to be any exception to be made for my grandson, all that was asked was a refund for my grandson as he wasn’t allowed in, she obviously didn’t know he wouldn’t be allowed in, and due to he’s disabilities & seeing him have a meltdown, a decent human being occasionally in certain circumstances would make an exception and show empathy , just because there’s a sensory section doesn’t mean your a nice person or do a lot for disabled 🙄, plz can you send me the cctv of me being there and being abusive 😂😂 even if I had been there I wouldn’t do that in-front of my grandchildren or others 🙄 don’t judge people by your own standards. I’m entitled to my honest opinion on the situation I don’t need to make lies up to go into a dirty play area, it’s about upsetting a child with disabilities, you carry on and make up lies to justify hes horrible experience, thanks for all your help & understanding …. Good play area! Two separate play areas one for smaller children and one for older children. Party room x2! Staff are all friendly. Clean however, changing room can smell leaving it smelling throughout the play area where you have to sit at the tables to eat food. Prices are good for drinks and meals! Good price for meals for after school for children. Sensory room with lights which you have to book and pay small extra price. Overall good affordable play area! Happy kids :)

Zig Zag Soft Play is a brilliant place for kids! My little one had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. The whole place was clean, tidy, and well looked after, with a lovely atmosphere for families. Friendly staff and plenty for children to enjoy. Definitely recommend!
