Another amazing party at Just play. We booked an exclusive party and the support and help from the team was impeccable from setting up, helping to coordinate the mascots, and even helping to save my daughters cake when one of the characters fell off due to the heat. All the parents and children loved it and were able to relax knowing the staff were on hand to help. As always I can't thank the staff enough we are already looking at booking my sons for end of the year.

Hidden little gem family run bussiness, brilliant for little ones. Clean and very friendly staff. Had my daughters 5th party there and the kids loved it. Staff were very helpfull and did so much to help with party. Definately recommend and will be visiting again.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere for the children and parents. Good value for money. Brilliant for all age groups. Even a disco room with music and lights. Colouring room for the kids an coffee shop, also serves food.

We hired this venue exclusively for our daughter's birthday party & the communication prior to the party was excellent! We had a lot of bespoke requests, including dietary requirements & Gemma went all out to accommodate us. Gemma & the team also decorated the venue & it looked superb! The party itself was perfect. Ran smoothly, staff friendly & helpful. All the children enjoyed themselves & lots of praises from the adults too. Highly recommend 'Just Play'. PS: Couple of photos attached, but doesn't do it enough justice - there were also cluster of balloons on some tables.

We don’t come often as there is better around. Just now and then to mix it up. This soft play is just ‘ok’. Quite expensive for what it is. I came recently and it was £10 for a 12month old on a weekday. Very small and not much to it. Dark and gloomy in there and dead quiet. There’s no music. Feels like you’re in a library. Not particularly clean. Soft play is dusty in areas, bits of food in the toddler area and the toilets look dirty and smell weird. If you attend when it’s busier, bigger kids are jumping about in the bay and toddler areas which is really annoying. It’s down to the parents in my opinion to tell them to get out but I think staff should get speakers and a mic to announce it to prompt parents
