Wibbly Wobbly World of Play

First time going there with my husband and 3 kids overall my kids found it okay and we’re busy playing however most of the stuff we’re out of use it didn’t seem safe, the staff are not very attentive my husband had ordered drinks and had to go over to see if they have made my hot chocolate it took 3 different staff to compete that and all seem to hide in the back. Not present at all. This is suppose to be a well rounded safe environment as it’s soft play for children. Staff should maintain professionalism, attentiveness, and present. Main gate was left open to enter the soft play area, that is a NO GO for me, We stayed less than an hour and had enough not an inviting atmosphere at all we have taken our kids to many soft plays, unfortunately this one just wasn’t the best.

I had a really good time in here. The place is extremely clean and the staff is really warm and respectful. A worker in there, Chloe, made our experience much more enjoyable through her helpful behaviour. I recommend it.

We had our 7 year old princess party booked, on arrival I requested if I could use the party tent instead as it had better lighting. They kindly agreed. The staff were very helpful and patient especially since some guests arrived late. I have booked this venue previously and would definitely book again and recommend to others. Food was great, the guests really enjoyed the platters. Thanks everyone.

Visited today (Sunday 20th June). Came with my wife and two kids. Was very quite. The staff member ZAIN. He Was very polite,respectful, and friendly. He completed out orders really fast and had a smile. Made the trip nice.

I had a stressful moment during my visit after realising I’d left something important at home. I was quite panicked, but Samiha was very kind and understanding. She stayed calm, reassured me, and helped me feel at ease.Her support and willingness to help really meant a lot. Great customer service and a lovely person.
