Worst soft play ever. Apparently my 8 year old lad was too big to go and play, only just hit the height restriction.....yet there was other kids who was taller and older in there playing! Even my 2 year old didn't enjoy the tiny toddler area. Staff was so rude in there too.

Waste of money. Looks like a really good soft play but no adults allowed so for smaller over 4's who struggle or are shy you're not allowed to help them. Will not be wasting either my time or money here again

Waited 20 mins for our tall 6 year old, to go in the soft play to find out its for 1.4m and under bassically toddlers, although there is a older section there for older kids??!! Ow to top it off the measurements for the soft play is inside the building which is locked until opening time!!! So 20 mins utterly wasted, SORT IT OUT DRAYTON MANOR!

This looked like a great play frame but unfortunately very strict rules. Tiny baby area was great for one year old but boring for three year old. No adults allowed on main frame even though we were literally the only family in there (term time weekday). Three year old was disappointed we couldn't go in together.

Avoid this. It was closed all day and only open for the last 30mins of the day. You get a 15 minute time slot to play. But no adults are aloud on the big soft play to help your children.adults are only aloud in the baby section. It looks fantastic but can't be enjoyed if your child is not tall enough to climb up by themselves
