Good clean play area with seperate aged sections. Decent food and drink for resonable prices and secured for safety. Would 100% recommend and will be returning with my 3 year old.

We have now had 2 parties here and both were magical, they made them special and good price, my child's face when she saw the mascot was priceless it was like her wish came true and softplay running around was such a good call! They did all the cleaning, decorating the birthday area and brought out the cake and sung it was bliss 😊 They also put up with the whistles we brought for the gift bags sorry all staff 😪🤣

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at Frankie & Lola’s Soft Play – Walsall Town Centre I wanted to leave a review for Frankie & Lola’s Soft Play in Walsall town centre, because the level of customer service we experienced today from Alex was genuinely outstanding. We visited today for a soft play session, and although it was a quieter period, Alex was single-handedly running the entire place — managing door entry, preparing teas, coffees and juices, cleaning, and keeping everything organised. What really stood out is that even though it wasn’t busy, he still gave 100% effort in everything he did. That says a lot about his work ethic and character. He wasn’t cutting corners or slowing down — he was consistent, proactive, and fully present, making sure everything was clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. His attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their role, and it honestly elevated the whole experience for us. And if this is the level of service he provides on a quieter day, I can only imagine how much he brings on a busy one. That kind of dedication is invaluable. If management sees this review, I hope you truly recognise what you have in Alex. Staff like him should never be taken for granted — he is a real asset to your business and represents Frankie & Lola’s brilliantly. We will definitely be returning — thank you again, Alex! Highly recommend Frankie & Lola’s Soft Play in Walsall town centre for families looking for a clean, welcoming children’s play area, great refreshments, and truly excellent customer service. Visited Frankie & Lola’s Walsall town centre soft play today and can confidently say it’s one of the best children’s soft play centres in Walsall for service, cleanliness, and overall family experience.

Attended here on Sunday for my nieces party and its nowhere near how it used to be. Management has clearly changed over. I dont know how long it has been this way but it was dreadful. So dissapointing. 1- The party area wasnt ready as the previous party ran over. Thats fine on the previous party but dont allow certain timeslots to be booked if there is no turnover time in between. 2 - staff didnt clean the space, once we were given the space we cleaned and decorated the space. Luckily we didnt need to ask for anything to clean the space with as there were multiple spray bottles of D10 and clothes just left all over random tables. Considering its a soft play should cleaning products be left around for children to get a hold of? 3 - my sister asked for my nieces cake to be cut downwards after she got refused the ability to receive a knife in order to cut it herself. Instead staff took the cake in the kitchen and cut the top layer of the cake off leaving the rest of the cake just open. Essentially drying out the cake. Its wild how spray bottles of chemical cleaner gets left out in reach of children but a grown woman thats paid £150 for her kids party cant get given a knife to cur her own kids cake... Make it make sense. 4 - Toilets were filthy 5 - My partner brought a coffee and the two staff that were stood at the counter looked at us like he asked them to go to Brazil to pick the coffee beans from scratch. 6 - random kids kept attempting to join the party. Not completely the establishments fault thats also down to kids parents but as someone that works in customer service. If i worked there i would make a point to make it known to whichever kids and their parents that that area is a private party and to refrain from going in that area. Its pretty simple. 7 - on the booking email, was told cant decorate area but then on arrival was told we could. Miscommunication. 8 - Also on email was told we get a dedicated party host? Who was that please ? The only thing that was hosted was dissapointment. 9 - Apparently the birthday child gets a free return pass. That was never received. All in all the absolute barest of minimum was done. Soft plays are supposed to be fun. For me personally that experience was more of an ordeal.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise a formal complaint about an incident that occurred during my recent visit to Frankie and Lola’s. During our visit, my children were playing in the venue when my daughter unfortunately fell and broken her elbow. the situation was very serious as my daughter was in significant pain. I initially went to the counter to ask a member of staff if someone could carry out a quick first aid check on her. I was told that the first aider would come to me but when i looked for them they were to busy serving other customers food which I found quite concerning given the situation. No first aid was provided to my daughter at any point. As I was alone with my other two young children, this was an extremely distressing experience. I contacted NHS 111, and an ambulance was dispatched. However, during the entire time we were waiting, no member of staff checked on us or offered any reassurance or assistance. I understand that staff have responsibilities to other customers, but in such a serious situation, I believe it would have been reasonable for someone to check in on us or remain with us briefly. This lack of care made an already upsetting situation even more difficult. no accident form was provided and no lack of emphathy at all my daughter has to under go surgery as her elbow was completely broken and her nerves were damaged .
