Fuzzy ED's Fun House

Celebrated my daughters birthday here with a few friends....not an official party. Children had fun, the facilities are ok could do with a little updating. However, the service we received from staff in the play area in particular Charlotte was excellent. She was helpful and very accommodating. Great place to let kids blow off some steam. We also ordered food to this area. Which came fairly quickly.

We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here today and can’t shout out the staff and the venue enough for making it such an easy and stress free experience!! Aimee and Charlotte were so fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us! Every query or request was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The food was fabulous and the jugs of juice were topped up throughout our party! All of the children had a fabulous time!! Thank you so much for such an excellent day!

We had such a lovely experience at soft play, and I just had to share how amazing Charlotte is 💫 From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She made the children feel comfortable straight away, keeping a close eye on everything while still making it fun and relaxed. It’s not easy managing a busy soft play, but Charlotte does it with such calm confidence and a smile on her face the whole time. She really goes the extra mile, making sure everyone is safe, happy, and included — and it honestly makes all the difference as a parent. Thank you, Charlotte, for being such a star 🌟 You’re a real credit to the team!

Fuzzy Ed’s in Walsall is a fantastic, fun and inclusive attraction soft play that hosts a variety of events and entertainment all year round . Fuzzy Ed’s has its own soft play which has slides, ball pool, climbing activities, arcades and a social area for adults. This building is wheelchair friendly and has clean facilities. In the play room there’s a selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks served from a bar . The building is very secure with an electric access gate to enter and leave . The fuzzy Ed’s also offers the room up for private hire for party’s and entertainment. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile to make your experience one to remember. I highly recommend fuzzy Ed’s to anyone who needs that little break and for the kids to burn off that energy. Definitely worth a visit!

Had my daughters party here, absolutely fantastic staff, very helpful. Play area was clean. Food was Great, first time I've seen kids eat all their food. Aimee and Ben could not do enough to make sure the kids had a fabulous time.
