I must say this is probably one of the worst soft plays we have visited coming from someone who also works in a softplay myself. The smell of fat is absolutely disgusting it’s like you’re walking into a large chip pan. I seen a review 6 months complaining about the same issue and you stated about an extractor fan was due to be fixed not sure if it has or not but it needs sorting asap that surely can’t be healthy environment for young children. There’s lots of buildup of dust laying around the soft play frames too. I would also say it’s a little overpriced for what it is it’s very small compared to online photos, there’s no ball pit for older kids.

We had our daughters birthday party here on sunday and it was brilliant. The manager and staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The kids loved the party room and the dancing and we had lovely comments from the all the parents. I would definitely recommend having a party here.

Always have a lovely experience when we come to kids to play, staff downstairs are always smiling, polite, helpful and welcoming. Always good with the little ones, can recommend the food, good value for money. Our kids have always enjoyed fun in a clean and safe space. Always wanting to return. Paula is forever going out of her way to assist and help accommodate our needs on arrival.

Had my daughters birthday here on saturday. Absolutely cannot thank the staff enough everything was taken care of so we could relax and enjoy it with her. The party games and dancing was great too. Will definetly be returning.

Kidz2Play is honestly such a great place. It’s always clean, well looked after, and you can tell they really care about the kids. My child always has the best time there and never wants to leave, which says everything really. A big shoutout to Paula the supervisor, and to Isabelle and Freya who were in today — they were all so lovely, friendly, and great with the kids. It makes such a difference knowing your child is in good hands. Would definitely recommend! 😊
