Hi, i came at 2am to self-exclude for my own safety and well-being however the rullings of these bookies where that they have no authority to band me untill the manger is at the venue which is around 6am-12pm however when it is time to re-instate and start gambling again the manager is not required as the staff can unbanned me themselves which I personally think is a very stupid rule to follow when it comes to promotions the rulings are very strict upon playing 15mimutes prior to the promotions however banding holds more value than playing promotions such as £20/£10 cash matches and also re-instating (unbanding) because as a gambler for 2 years coming to band with a strong mind I have to wait till the next day at 6am - 12pm which can lead me to overthinking and losing more money and not self-excluding so therefore please either change your rule or please if the manager or someone high in authority responds back to me with any contact details upon where I can make a big complaint if no response is made then I shall myself go onto the goverment official page and start a petition on implementing more rules on self-exclusion such as no managers required or national self-exclusion rather than 1km as for going to various places one by one is time wasting and results in losing more money so please help me and provide me contact details to someone high in authority.

Stay away you won't win anything i lost £1300 in 2 hours and the staff refused to intervene, gambling commission and IBAS will be contacted first thing in the morning, staff don't care about your wellbeing as long as you're putting money in the machines

The 2 lads on tonight (one who was Called Jordan) gave me and my partner cash match when we was there for the first hour, then when it came to the second one an hour later gave my partner a cash match but not me, I asked why and he said because I was not stood at a particular machine (even though I had money on it and had the reels spinning because I was playing 2 machines) cashed my money and my partners money out and left and wont be returning. I told him I was playing 2 machines and they didn't seem to care. As a previous manager for playland.. I would not of let my staff treat customers like that. Everyone else in the shop had a cash match but me. Its the principal, so ill take my money to admiral 👌
