Thank you so much to Aisha and the team. We had a 6th birthday party at the soft play and I was really impressed with the service from start to finish. Aisha was incredibly accommodating. I will definitely be back to try the bowling and the arcade in the future and I would also have a birthday party here again! The facilities were also very clean, I had never been here before so I didn’t know what to expect but I was very happy with everything. All the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. Thanks again!

Great place for the kids and the family. The pricing is high. It is £3.90 for a small cup that they call a large. They also have loads of deals. E.g kids eat free but they dont explain to you that if you don't do it when you pay on entry then you dont get the deal.

This was our first and last visit to the soft play area. Our initial impression after paying and entering was extremely poor — there was nowhere to sit, as the venue was fully booked. We were left standing around and eventually had to squeeze onto a table that another group had already occupied. While walking around with my child, we encountered several safety concerns that made the experience even worse. Multiple sections had mop buckets left out within reach of children. In one area of the soft play, all of the mats had been flipped up, leaving two small children playing directly on bare concrete. My partner had to move and reposition the mats himself to prevent anyone from getting hurt. Another section — shown in the attached photo — was particularly shocking. There was a high chair, a mop, a mop bucket, and ripped-up mats all left out in an open area that was fully accessible to children. This clearly unsafe section had not been cordoned off, meaning kids could easily run in and injure themselves. If parts of the soft play were unusable or under maintenance, this should have been properly sectioned off and clearly explained to customers upon arrival. Paying full price on a weekend for the majority of the venue to be in this condition is unacceptable. Despite the advertised 90-minute time limit, it appeared that many people were staying far longer, making the space overcrowded and chaotic. We ended up leaving after just 20 minutes due to the safety risks and general disorder. There were multiple instances of children getting hurt, and equipment from the younger play area was being thrown around in the older section. Additionally, the basketball area is far too tall for children to actually use, and the touch-screen game is too stiff and difficult for kids to operate. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe, and we will not be returning.
