I think it’s quite unreasonable that adults are charged to attend. I brought my daughter here today and we’ve visited a few times before for parties, but this experience has put us off returning. I wouldn’t normally mind paying for services, especially as we usually buy coffee and other refreshments while we’re here, so we are already contributing to the venue. Charging adults just to sit and supervise their children doesn’t seem fair. Especially when the view for adults is just dusty dirty playzone takes nothing to get an extendable pole to clean down equipment. Safe to say we’ll be using Scallywags from now on instead.

The place is in good need of a clean. Another very concerning issue is the over crowded venue. It absolutely has to be over capacity. No booking in or out at all. I presumed this is very important considering the entrance is also the exit and the door is almost permanently open. Children could absolutely get out. Another major concern is the kitchen. Numerous kitchen staff with no hair nets at all. No hats. Long hair that was almost waist hight. Ordered Coffees and we wasn't given lids. Do you really think thats sensible? Over full venue with children as young as 2 running about and you don't give lids for boiling hot coffee or tea? After spilling half on the floor whilst standing and nearly scalding a child. I went to ask for a lid as the person buying didn't think to ask. We could have a lid if we paid 20 pence. The pictures have been sent to the environmental health.

Great place, but really busy on weekends which is understandable, but they still let people in when its over crowded no where to sit an could be a health and safety risk especially the new under 4 area, where children were climbing up the wall and sittung on top of the climbing frame very dangerous! But the staff were trying to tell the children even though this should be the parents job , kids love it here , great football/ basketball area, food is definitely not the best the chips had a vile after taste to them, neither me or my children ate them.

A great place for a party. Everything is done for you, so no unnecessary stress. There is a large play area which is perfect to entertain the children. The staff are friendly and helpful, in particular Stacey she really made my sons birthday party perfect. Thank you Stacey.
