Five star all round, is there a better soft play out there right now in East London that can compete with this place? Probably not in my opinion. Kids loved the space and timing wise you get 90 minutes which is enough time to keep them occupied. You got everything you need here, spacious, clean, halal and veg option food, party areas, arcade games, football and basketball ball area (amazing), sensory space, spaces for all ages, 0 to 3, 4 to 6 and 6 plus. A lot of activities to do, parking available at a good price. Only thing I would say but everyone does this, peak prices can be slightly cheaper, it’s not just this soft play but everyone puts prices up for weekends and half term, businesses should try to help parents and kids to come and enjoy instead of putting prices up which deters you from your place and instead go to another. You can be the different one, then you can even get more business, just an opinion ☺️ Having said that though, because of how good it was, I’m still giving it a 5 star. Plus the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and courteous! Have visited twice already since its opening, definitely again when I’m in the area!

We had my daughter’s birthday party at cookie Island and it was absolutely amazing! The manager and all the staff were incredible — so friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make the day special. Everything was so well organised, the place was spotless, and the kids had the best time. The team made it totally stress-free for us parents too! I can’t recommend them highly enough — thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so memorable. Also a special thank you to the young lady who looked after us she gets 10/10 for her patience With the kids and the parents and for her hard work thank you so much!!

My kids love this soft play centre. It is clean big with plenty of play areas for all ages. They serve halal food. Convenient parking ( Park on level P3). Would definitely recommend people to come and join. Only downside is that it is a bit pricey compared to other soft play centres.

We just had our daughter’s 5th birthday at Cookies Island Ilford which included face painting. Everything was so clean and well organised. It took the stress off me. Amina was absolutely fantastic. They took the names down of all children and organised the food. The party rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Staff took the cake we brought and organised the cake cutting and then cut them into slices for each child. They even provided party bags. It was such a stress free experience and all children had such a wonderful time. All staff that work there are so helpful and friendly.

Really nice kids place, bigger then the beckton branch. Much cleaner then beckton branch too, staff are very friendly and polite i am happy to see some familiar staff from the beckton branch working there, as they always have an excellent customer service. My second time visiting here can’t wait to come again. My kids love the soft play and the jumping screen games. 10/10 in my opinion. To improve more we just need more food available on the menu please.
