Such a pleasant little gem tucked away in the heart of East Ham within the new mall. The highlight has to be the bright yellow slide that whizzes straight into a colourful ball pit – a magnet for the kids who can’t stop climbing up and shooting down again and again! The whole place is spotless and fresh, with a clean, inviting atmosphere that parents instantly appreciate. The staff are genuinely lovely – kind, attentive, and always happy to engage with the children, which makes a huge difference. You can really relax knowing your little ones are having the time of their lives in a safe, cheerful space. It’s one of those rare spots where both kids and parents come away smiling – children playing like mad with endless energy, while mums and dads can actually unwind. A real hidden treasure for families in East Ham.

This is the most unique soft play my child and I have ever been to! The decorations are so beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with amazing color combinations. After chatting with the staff, I found out the owner used to be an art teacher — no wonder everything looks so tasteful and creative! The whole place feels cozy and welcoming, and most importantly, it’s incredibly clean — I’m really impressed!

Attended here last week with my son, wasn’t impressed. £12.75 charge for under 2’s is crazy! Adults have to pay additional too. The place was utterly overpriced for East Ham and for the quality of it. I told the staff it’s the worst soft play I have been too. Not only was it freezing cold, but you’ve got a few teddies on the floor for babies and that’s it! Not well suited for their age at all. You got these kids jumping off things (right next to the baby area), I had to keep reminding the boys to be careful. Place is so tiny that you can see all of it by standing in the corner. Won’t go back ever again - only rated 2 as parking is close by and it’s vibrant in there. After 30 minutes, my son was so bored and cold, he wasn’t even playing anymore so we had to leave. Don’t go out of your way to visit this place, especially if you have an under 4 year old.

Absolutely the worst soft play we have ever been to. Place is a warehouse converted into a so called soft play. Its freezing cold and tiny and unhygienic. Prices change daily. Last week i paid £8 and this time i was asked to pay £11.75 for 2 year old plus an additional charge of £3.50 for supervising adult. I did not £3.50 so i explained to the man and he let me in, 30 min in other chinese lady comes in and demands i leave my 2 year old unsupervised. I explained to her I can not leave my 2 year old unsupervised, she can either bang her head, fall off or swallow something. She said nothing would happen to her and that i must leave. I refused to leave and she called the security personnel to escort me out. I told security and the rude Chinese owner that her policy is not above the English law which states that an adult must supervise her/ his child at all times or she must supervise my child or refund me to leave. I told her to call the police and that i wouldnt leave my child alone in that setting. She eventually refunded me and we left. Worst experience ever. Chinese owner lost £11 whilst she was adamant to make £3 off of me. Thats not good business. Or policy. Once again i remind her that her policy is not above the law. She is breaking the law by separating children and their caregivers. If anything happens to the child, you will go to jail lady and your security personnel. Consult your lawyer before making stupid policies that do not make sense

Wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone! Place is smaller than it looks on the photo. The quality of materials are very poor and looks cheap. No wonder there was no one here, my child was the only one. I asked if I can sit inside next to my child, they wanted to charge me as well, even though there were no one there. After 20 mins my child got bored there by herself and we left disappointed. Totally not worth to pay £12 for the place like this
