Oxygen at The O2

Unfortunately very dirty and also disorganised. Soft play area was smaller than expected and it was just so difficult to focus on play when older siblings were roaming around it. Staff nowhere to be seen so no supervision. I was shocked by how completely neglected the place was from hygiene point of view, think toilets in public parks are cleaner than this. Rubbish literally everywhere on the floor, sofas, play areas at the entrance. Even spilled coffee marks inside the wall of elevator. I have never seen anything worse than this, I’m surprised it’s still open and no authorities are investigating the levels of hygiene and safety. Avoid if you can!

This place is a popular trampoline park. I praise the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the safe and family-friendly environment. However, I have noted issues such as a messy café area and strict supervision policies requiring full ticket purchase. Overall, it is regarded as a fun and active destination suitable for families and children.

We had a great time overall, and my kids loved the activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. However, I was a bit disappointed with the food; it just didn’t meet the expectations given the prices. The pizzas lacked flavour and the mac and cheese was a letdown. Also, it’d be good to see the toilet paper stocked up more often!

I had an absolute blast celebrating at this venue! The vibe was so much fun, and our party host really made the experience unforgettable—she was incredibly friendly and brought loads of energy. The whole place was spotless, and everything from the booking to check-in was super smooth. The food was good, but the atmosphere really stole the show. I can't recommend this place enough for a great party

We had such a fantastic time at Oxygen O2 celebrating our daughter’s 10th birthday! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The team members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and really special for her big day. The kids had so much fun — there was plenty for them to do, and they were entertained the entire time. Seeing our daughter and her friends laughing, jumping, and enjoying every minute was the best part. The most important thing for us was that the kids were happy — and they truly were! The food was also very good, with a nice selection and everything fresh and tasty. The music created a fun, energetic atmosphere that made the party feel even more exciting. Overall, it was a brilliant birthday celebration with great service, great food, great music, and very happy kids. We’ll definitely be coming back!
