Lovely little soft play. My son really enjoyed our visit. Not very big but there's a nice relaxed vibe, and he enjoyed exploring the soft play area. Will definitely be back!

Lovely soft play for toddlers, as it’s not too big. Very clean, the staff are polite and accommodating, Oscar is always welcoming! Reasonable price + the cafe offers good selection of food and drinks :)

Nice little soft play. Good size for babies so it’s not too overwhelming. Oscar there was really friendly as well.

Shout out to the dude working there who helped me with the stroller going up the steps. Really appreciated him stepping in and giving me a hand. Would be great if they could get a ramp installed ASAP though, it would make access a lot easier.

Do not even consider!!! I had planned my little girl’s birthday party here. Gave deposit weeks in advance to secure booking. The DAY BEFORE the party at lunchtime, they contact me VIA EMAIL telling me they may not be able to host the party after all because they cannot get into their own building. No other explanation whatsoever. If I hadn’t checked my emails that day, I wouldn’t have even known. I had to ask them to call me multiple times before they actually did. In the end, I didn’t trust them to deliver so I found somewhere else within 24 hours…they were ready to disappoint my little girl - I was not. All I got was a refund and nothing else, nothing to try and keep my custom. No compensation for the huge extra work I had to do to find another venue and contact all parents to tell them of the venue change last minute. They did not even try. Oscar (assistant) tried his best: the owner didn’t even communicate with me once throughout all this. If I could give 0 stars I would. UNRELIABLE and RUDE. How could you do this to a little girl?
