We took my son and 5 friends for his birthday and had an absolutely brilliant time. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Great place to visit, will definitely be back!

I had such a lovely experience at Clip 'n Climb Croydon. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well organised and welcoming. The staff were honestly amazing—so patient, friendly and really attentive, especially with the children. It made such a difference because you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone felt safe and had a good time. The centre itself is clean, bright and full of fun climbing challenges for all levels, so whether you’re a beginner or a bit more confident, there’s something for you. My children absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. It’s the kind of place where they’re having fun but also building confidence without even realising it. The safety briefing was clear and reassuring, and the staff were always nearby to help if needed, which gave me peace of mind. The whole atmosphere was just really positive and energetic. It’s such a great activity for families, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something fun and different to do with their kids. We’ll 100% be coming back again soon!

We visited Clip ‘n Climb with my two daughters and they absolutely loved it! They had such an amazing time and enjoyed every moment. I’d especially like to applaud Harry at the Croydon branch for his patience and for helping my girls have such an incredible experience. He was so kind and supportive, and my daughters haven’t stopped talking about him since! All the staff were really lovely and always there to help whenever needed, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff, especially Harry, for making our visit so special. We will definitely be coming back again very soon!
