I just had an amazing birthday party here and couldn’t be happier! The party room was perfect, although I wish we had more than 45 minutes since it felt a bit rushed. The food was spot on - those chicken tenders and fries were a hit, both in taste and portion size. The team was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but I’d love to see options for tab services for food and drinks and credits for no-shows!

Today we enjoyed visiting this wonderful play area again. But today I was disappointed. It was very dirty. The place needs a thorough cleaning. There's so much dust, hair, and dirt everywhere. The top of the climbing frames is very dirty. There's a 3-cm layer of dust on the nets. Some of the vacuum cleaners and machines don't work. Sand is everywhere. The children's area with white balls for the little ones is very dirty.

If you are 6 years old, this place is heaven. So many things to bounce on and climb! For adults, there is a well stocked café and they do free refills on hot drinks. We went on a very hot day and the cooling system was effective. Overall a great experience.

Lolly was extremely helpful and a lovely friendly member of staff. She understood how stressful it can be coordinating a number of children who were excited to jump and was very patient with us. My only reason for the 3 star rating was after booking was offered via email a discount on a longer session which would’ve been useful before. Also the toilets were very smelly. Otherwise clean and nice experience the kids enjoyed it

Had an amazing time on our first visit! The team were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Just a tip: it’d be great if guests could get a heads-up on the lockers, café area, and game announcements for a smoother arrival. But honestly, everything from the cleanliness to the activities was spot on. Can’t wait to come back for another round!
