I was considering having my child’s birthday party here, so I came to visit, but I was genuinely shocked by what I saw. Is it normal for the under-2 play area to be this dirty? It honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place opened. The areas for children over 3 were just as bad — there was dirt not only underneath the play equipment, but also around the edges of the mats where kids walk. Also, it was shocking to find out that for the 10–12 session, we were expected to leave 15 minutes early. You charge for 2 hours, but only allow people to stay for 1 hour and 45 minutes. This place definitely needs an urgent solution.

I would rate this no stars if there was an option. The place is absolutely filthy! I visited today thinking it would be nice for the children as its on a lovely farm. But I was so disappointed. The staff had no control of what was going on. Nobody was wearing socks and it was a hot sweaty day. The soft play hasn't been cleaned for which looks like years! I'm surprised there allowed to be open. I won't be coming back here ever again. We always go to Globetrotters in Bexleyheath, I can honestly say it's the cleanest soft play you will ever find, plus the staff are friendly and the foods great.

Fab soft play! Clean and spacious with super friendly staff with a real community vibe. I went in twice in the same week and both Sahara and Tracey were there each time and remembered me, making me feel super welcomed. They couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, perfect for a children’s setting!

Took my one year old to soft play the toys are good but really messy even though there were 4 staff members and it was quite dirty. I was going to order some food and apparently there was a party so no food was being served need to make this clear as I didn’t pack any food for my one year old. Older children kept coming into the baby area until I told them off (and I wasn’t bothered if a parent wanted to have a go!) overall nice place need better patrolling cleaning and rules!

We absolutely love this soft play centre! I’ve been bringing my little one here for years, and without a doubt, it’s the best in the area. Every single visit is a hit — my son has the most amazing time and never wants to leave. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. A special mention has to go to Tracey, who my son affectionately calls “Cinderella.” She consistently goes above and beyond to make visits enjoyable! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for a fun, and friendly soft play with staff who truly care, this is the one!
