Nick and the team were great! Arrived at location ahead of schedule, put everything up quickly and smoothly. The kids absolutely loved it and then after party again - we didn’t have to do a thing - everything was collected by the team. It was seamless and amazing, thank you!

Excellent service. Our party was in a local venue they know well so by the time we got there, the bouncy castle was already up! Very friendly staff who came to take it down and chatted to our kids. The bouncy castle itself (the play palace with ball pit, slide and bouncy castle) was clean, in good condition and the children had a great time on it at the party.

We had an epic birthday party because of Epic Inflatables and Soft Play! They were on time, they were earlier at the venue and already set up the soft play before we arrived, they followed the instructions given on how to access the venue - which was tricky to get to! They were flexible and accommodating! I had an error with the timing when I booked the soft play ( I accidentally put in 14:00 instead of 16:00 for pick up) and they were so kind and picked up the soft play at 15:30 instead ( after the party). Thank you so much! We will definitely recommend Epic to friends and use them again!

I contacted Epic inflatables just few days before our bday party and they were very responsive. Once we decided what I would like to order, I could easily book it via their website. They installed the bouncy castle before I even arrived to the venue. No extra communications, no extra hassle while planning the party and it was very important. Everyone enjoyed the party thanks to their bouncy castle which was 3 in 1 and perfect size for venue. I contacted quite few companies, but most of them had different kind of excuses, short notice, no face painting ( which we had), we cannot install in that venue etc. I am not booking from any other company ever again!

We hired some "party extras" type stuff (inflatable darts, giant jenga, toddlers roller coaster etc) from Epic this weekend and the whole experience was great - easy booking, helpful comms, spot on delivery, easy and efficient collection - brilliant. I was also really impressed that the guy wiped everything down before leaving it all with us - nice touch. We've hired bouncy castles from Epic in the past as well and we've been similarly impressed with these. Thanks Epic!
