Fun filled arcade games. We had great fun to play with arcade games. Suitable for all age groups. You can buy new play card or recharge existing card at first floor. There will be an assistant who guide you if visiting for the first time. There will be machines to track your balance and tickets. Try to win maximum tickets to get the toys at the end. Cons Limited games Limited toys for tickets The quality of toys needs improvement Like my post if you find it useful 😊

Manager Kyle was helpful to assist in organising an afternoon for our Clients to have some quality time away from our support project, and have a taste of the better things in life. All staff were very helpful and professional, we felt very welcomed. The gokarting was hilariously fast and brought out our competitive streak, really surprised me on how great it made the clients and myself feel. The bowling was a nice 2nd activity, great bowling alley/lanes, and easy to use score keeping system, very enjoyable. The staff at the bar were quick with serving drinks, very reasonably priced, and allowed us to have some time to reflect on the lovely afternoon. Thank you Team Gravity!

My favourite go to place for fun. They have lots of games and the ambience is just great. Love the arcade! It's a great place to take friends to and it is quite near to my place. I don't even have to go all the way to central London!

Crowded but Fun, abit understaffed as you end up having to wait for certain games as no staff available or their else where and not fully on time too. Other then those hiccups the place is great for adults and kids

I’ve been bowling all my life and this is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. Google need to implement zero star! We arrived as scheduled. There was a little queue so we waited our turn… little did we know they had already started our game from 5:00 (our booking time). No one told us anything. When we got to the front, the guy just asked for a name and pointed us to a lane... that’s it. We hadn’t even settled in yet, had to go toilet first and then sort drinks... thinking we’d start properly after that. Imagine our surprise when we get there and time has already been running. I booked two games for two people, and we didn’t even finish ONE game. We were playing at a normal pace and suddenly got told “game over.” Went to the staff and they weren’t much help. They gave us 15 minutes extra, but guess what? Still couldn’t finish a game because it restarts. Even when we rushed it this time. That whole 20 minutes per pair thing is ridiculous, especially when they’re the ones wasting your time at the start. Keep your money and find a better place. This is a broad daylight scam. I should’ve checked the reviews first because clearly a lot of people have had this same experience.
