We recently celebrated our twins birthday at Jesse's House, and I honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was incredibly well organised and seamless. The team looked after us and our guests so well, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day rather than worry about the logistics. The soft play was a huge hit with the children, the food was excellent, and the timing of everything was perfectly managed. What stood out most was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the day special. Nothing felt rushed, and we felt supported throughout the entire event. Our guests commented repeatedly on how lovely the party was, how well run everything felt, and how much their children enjoyed themselves. In fact, one little girl was so impressed she was trying to convince her mum to join Jesse's! Most importantly, the twins had an amazing day and made memories we'll cherish for years to come. It has been a wonderful experience for our family, and this party was a perfect example of why. Thank you to everyone at Jesse's House for helping us create such a special celebration. We couldn't have asked for more.

To be honest, I almost didn’t get a membership because of all the reviews. Thankfully my husband pushed me and we did a tour together. OMG! From the moment we saw the club I was completely sure it would change my lifestyle. I’m a stay at home mom and my baby girl was getting so active and needing a lot of stimulation. It was getting so difficult to give her what she needed and take care of the house. The reviews don’t reflect at all the reality of the club today. The booking system is great, specially with the new app. I usually wake up before 7am (when the booking opens) so I always get to book the classes that I want. But now also with the new waitlist system is really easy to be spontaneous and decide on the day if I want to do something else and how likely it is for me to get the spot. A few reviews also mention bathrooms being dirty and I was like “what???”. I always find every place to be extremely clean despite being full of kids of all ages. Even the soft play is immaculate clean. The kids classes I don’t even have to comment anything because they are absolutely amazing! My 11 month baby looooves mini jam, tiny stars and baby beeps. The adults classes are also absolutely amazing! I started doing reformer Pilates and I’m loving. But I also LOVE the yoga classes, specially with Claudine. She’s amazing and I wish she had more classes (the yin yoga specially is a whole new experience when she’s the teacher doing it). So if you’re on the fence about getting a membership, book a tour and talk to the members!

We had the loveliest time at Jesse’s House. My son adored the soft play which is safe and beautifully designed and the staff who were very entertaining. Our brunch was delicious with perfectly kid-friendly options for my son who polished it all off. It is a stylish, welcoming space that feels like a treat for both children and grown-ups.

I visited Jessie House on a 3-day trial membership and honestly thought it was a lovely place for children. The facilities are great : the swimming pool is amazing, the soft play area is lovely, and having a restaurant on site is really convenient. I was genuinely interested in joining because it has so much to offer families. However, there were a few things that changed my mind. The membership rules for new members seem to have changed compared with older memberships, and husbands/partners now almost need their own separate membership for the same access. This made it feel much more expensive than we expected. I was also surprised to see a 15% service charge added in the children’s restaurant, which felt too high. Another disappointing experience was that some staff in the soft play area repeatedly asked if I was the nanny of my own children. Once could have been an awkward mistake, but being asked more than once felt rude and dismissive. I think staff would benefit from better training to avoid making assumptions about parents and caregivers. Overall, Jessie House has lovely facilities and a lot to offer, but the rising costs, membership changes, and some customer service issues meant we decided not to join.

Our 3 girls absolutely love Jesse’s house. The staff are friendly and helpful, brilliant soft play area and lots of kiddy activities. Our 2 year old loves the crèche, and the membership works well allowing us to add our nanny - great value for money
