Celebrated my son’s first birthday here. Perfect place for my little one! He had plenty of space to run around and tuns of fun on the big slide, with his play mates. We’ve been back for the general play sessions and my son absolutely loves it. He doesn’t want to leave. The service was lovely the, ladies are very helpful and accommodating. Anything I needed for set up wasn’t too much. The owner even assisted me in sourcing a cake which was lovely. The platters offered were excellent and I was also able to bring my own bits as well. The general cleanliness of the cafe is great you don’t feel like your child is coming home with their next bout of flu. Overall 10/10

The soft play is so cute, it’s got great toys and educational pieces too, my daughter loves the kitchen toys and the giant giraffe. Such a nice local to pop into so she can play safely whilst I relax and have a nice coffee! Good snacks for the kids too. Staff are super friendly too.

Popped in today on a whim. Absolutely loved the place. Great atmosphere, the woman on reception was extremely polite and courteous, and the pricing was amazing (especially for the coffees). 10/10, definitely coming back soon!

We used to really love Coffee Cup soft play but we went again today and felt like it is in desperate need of love. To start with the building was absolutely freezing, and our sons hands and face were cold throughout . A small fan heater placed in easy reach of toddlers seemed to be the only form of heating. There also seemed to be less in the way of toys and interactive play - some things seem to have been taken away and what remains as a kitchen needs some much needed updating and new food etc buying for it. There are some deflated decorative balloons above the climbing frame which have been there over a year and now covered in dust (and plenty of dust bunnies under the climbing frame too) There used to be several shelves for coffees but now there is just one - which used to be really helpful to have a safe place to put hot drinks away from the tots. There are foam tiles that fall apart and mats which just create lots of slippy levels to trip over. I think it would be much better to have one big rubber mat to cover the entire floor but I know that would be expensive. It is a real shame because the staff are lovely, the location is great, but it really, really needs some TLC and investment (and heating!).
