Please don’t take your children here. It’s very expensive, and they even charge adults just to enter and watch their children play. There is a huge screen constantly displaying unhealthy food, which naturally attracts children’s attention and makes them want food rather than play. The soft play area itself is quite small. Overall, my experience was extremely unpleasant and regrettable. I spent over £60 and felt completely taken advantage of. The way the staff treated me was upsetting—I came close to tears. I was polite and cooperative throughout, yet I felt like I was being treated like a child. The staff showed very little courtesy or understanding and seemed ready to create an issue over minor matters. I had purchased a drink, but my children were not allowed to consume a drink that had been bought from Tesco while sitting in the café area. While I understand venues may have policies about outside food and drinks, the way this was handled was unnecessarily unpleasant. Based on my experience, I would advise other parents to avoid this place. Try Ruislip Lido it is free and it has an open water swimming, children water play all free. Car park free 3 hours for residents 2 miles away

Jungle Monkeyz in Pinner is a nice place to visit, especially with kids. The soft play area is reasonably priced and great for toddlers—they’ll definitely enjoy it. There’s also a bar and mini golf, so adults can relax and have fun too. The café is small but cosy, and the whole place feels compact yet comfortable. Parking is adequate, which is helpful. Overall, a good spot for a family outing.

I would’ve given a 2 star review if it wasn’t for one of the staff members there. Poor guy was doing everything it felt like. When we arrived there wasn’t anyone at the front desk for us to talk to about paying for the courses. But my dad then found this guy who was already busy doing other things and he came and helped us out. The actual mini golf was different, cool atmosphere with great decor but very cramped for a family of 5. What I wasn’t a big fan of was that a lot of the holes didn’t actually require much golfing and was normally a mini game. Such as, balancing a golf ball on the end of your club. You might like the unique holes but personally I wasn’t a fan of them all. There were two 9 hole courses and we decided to take a break after the first to have a drink. However, since it felt like there was only one worker doing everything, it took ages for us to get our drinks. He delivered the first drink and then disappeared, came back with two drinks and had to disappear again before coming back with the last two. Once we had finally finished in the bar, we went back to finish the second course. Had to deal with a couple kids running across the courses playing tag but still managed to have a decent time. Overall an okay experience, shoutout to the one member of staff.

Great for my two year old. The baby (6-12month) area is poor with a few not working plastic toys and one bouncer. I wouldn’t recommend for non walkers who couldn’t enjoy the slides etc.

Very disappointed with the overall experience here. The customer service was poor, and the place is quite small with very limited activities for kids. I wouldn’t recommend it—there are many other places that are much bigger and better.
