Topsy Turvy World

We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday at Topsy Turvy on the 12th of April with a Build-A-Bear party, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! As it was my first time organising a party like this, I was quite nervous, but the team made everything so easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, Marcela explained everything in detail when I went to make the arrangements. She was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the whole process. On the day of the party, everything was perfectly organised. The staff member looking after us (I believe her name was Rubby—apologies if I got that wrong!) did a fantastic job. She took care of everything brilliantly and was so supportive throughout. There was also a young man assisting her (I’m really sorry I didn’t catch his name), and he was great as well—thank you both so much! The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and most importantly, our daughter had an amazing time. We will definitely be keeping this as one of our favourite places for parties in the future. Highly recommended!

Our experience at Topsy Turvey was marvellous. Our room was ready in 10 min when we arrived. We arrived early than our usual slot. Staff at reception was very helpful. Our host Madeline or makaela ( can’t remember exactly) she was super helpful 100 stars for her💐 she helped us with everything to make our birthday memorable. Everyone was happy. We ordered birthday cake with Topsy Turvey. It was delicious, soft, moist and made with fresh cream. Best cake I ever had in long time. Seriously we enjoyed a lot. Thank you Topsy Turvey. Only one thing was inconvenient that they don’t have lift so we had to carry our buggy upstairs with baby . Otherwise ever else on point. The platters we order was freshly made and coffee was nice. I would book here again in future.

We booked a birthday party for my son’s 5th Birthday and we are so happy we did. The experience was so good, everything was organised and smoothly prepared. I had no issues at all and they reduced my stress levels! Special mention to our helper for the day Matilda! She was amazing and took care of everything from serving, answering our questions and making sure we were ok. Ordered the cake there too and it was delicious. We booked Topsy Turvy few years back for my older daughters birthday and we had a lovely time then and that’s why we had too book again! Highly recommend 😊

Lovely staff, friendly & helpful. The place was exceptionally clean with plenty of seating and many other attractions for the kids entertainment. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

First time visited this place & can’t believe how much we’ve been missing out on this lovely soft play venue! It’s very child-friendly and offer age appropriate activities within a very clean fun stimulating environment! Professional and flexible staff who deliver great customer service. My son & family friends loved it! Defo will be a regular visitor overtime & will recommend to others too 🤩
