Busy Little Monsters

We held our 6-year-old daughter’s birthday party at Busy Little Monsters Play Village in Buxton yesterday, and it was absolutely fantastic. I used to take both of my girls to Holly’s music and play classes from babies right through to school age, and we really miss going now they’re at school – so we just knew this would be the perfect place to celebrate a birthday. We were not disappointed at all. The party was extremely reasonably priced, and Holly adapted everything to suit our preferences. Every single child thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The play village itself is a fantastic space for children of all ages to explore, imagine and role play – Holly has genuinely thought of every detail. It was also brilliant for the parents, as it allowed everyone to relax and catch up over a brew while the children played safely. Many parents were happy to drop off, knowing their children were safe, well cared for, and so well entertained by Holly. Holly has such a special way of keeping lots of children engaged at once while still encouraging great behaviour. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was carefully thought through. We would 100% recommend Busy Little Monsters to anyone considering a party there or thinking about attending one of Holly’s fantastic classes. Thank you, Holly – it was perfect! 🌟

I visit Busy Little Monsters most weeks now with my 18 month old. She absolutely loves the music classes that Holly runs and she gets lots of enjoyment and educational value from them too. I also took her to the role play village for the first time today and it’s fantastic! It’s brilliantly designed for imaginative play and my daughter played independently with some of her friends in there for an hour! This is such a beautiful venue that we are so lucky to have in Buxton

I recently attended the music session with my nearly 6 month old. We absolutely loved it. Holly is more than welcoming and her knowledge of child development as well as her musical skills are extremely impressive. The environment itself is well equipped and versatile. We had a lovely morning, will definitely be going again.

I took my two year old granddaughter to busy little monsters yesterday and she absolutely loved it. It is quite small but fantastically well thought out for imaginative play. There are so many role play activities to do that we could have stayed for hours. The sensory room is also lovely. Everything was in good condition and very nicely set out. There’s a nice little soft play area for little tots too. We will definitely be going back.

My little girl (aged just under 2) had a great morning here, the 90 minutes flew by. We were brought our drinks order and made to feel welcome. A very relaxed morning, not too big but absolutely loads of little play stations to keep the children entertained for the whole time. Really well thought out about a lovely morning. Easy parking very nearby and a café just down the road. We will definitely be back.
